Very professional and timely assistance was provided. After answering some questions and receiving some information I moved all my insurance services after 30 years to Ms. Ruffin at State Farm.
The knowledge she provided, quick turn around time and honestly on the best policies etc made this a very easy and simple switch.

Kriston is one of the most hospitable and detailed insurance agents I've had the pleasure of working with! She took the time to explain everything with detail in an understanding and comforting way. She took the time to look up every option I needed and explained what will and wouldn't work for me and helped save me a ton of money when it came to my car, life, and renters insurance! Kriston is amazing! I was recommended her from a friend and I'm so glad I switched. She was so kind, got me set up with a more comprehensive coverage plus roadside assistance AND renters for less that I was paying with Geico. AND my rate has gone down even more, by about 30% over the last year with my safe driver discount.Any time I've had questions she's responded quickly and throughly. 10/10, so happy I switched.

I really enjoy the knowledge that Ms.Ruffin has about my plans, when there’s was a State Wide increase I informed her that I was on a fixed income and that increase was not something I could afford, she looked over my plan and made some changes that I agreed to and got me back on track.
