Got my dreads retwisted by theses people and I recommend nobody go to this shop for retwist when it came time for a normal retwist with my loctician she found several dreads combined in the back of my head where i couldn’t see it and I never told her to combine nothing I went in there for a retwist never again!!!

I was happy with the work but not the experience. I can understand some French, and I truly do believe they were talking about my hair as they were doing it multiple times. It was also a painful experience, and they weren't checking in to see if I was okay and how I was doing. Again, great work, but my experience that first and will be last time, was not ideal.She also didn't inform me that this would just be cash. Luckily there was an ATM nearby. I left my wallet with her, per her request, as I got the money. So make sure to inquire about forms of payments she accepts.

Hell'o and well'o to you Ms Kris I've talked with you more than once over the years and have came to see you I have even gotten my loved for always mother hair done at your shop I tell individuals of you all the time when I hear women speaking of getting their hair done I'm a man who think that you and the other ladies I've seen in the shop do great work with hair and that's my opinion and sticking to it I just need you to work mine grow this man's hair out so I can be feeling and looking handsome again she's been off N.w 16th and MacArthur for years now in Oklahoma City Oklahoma keep up good work and show your woman's worth GOD keep blessings on her hands an company

I’ve been here twice to get senegalese twist. Both times they did complain about how long my shoulder length hair was & tried to get me to get box braids instead because it was easier for them.The first time was a decent experience. They were upfront about the price, did them the size I wanted, were fast, and they lasted 3 months. They charged me $260.The second and last time I went they were not upfront about the price even though I asked in advance, to make sure it was about the same price. When I got there they tried to charge me $400 & I had to let them know I wasn’t paying over $300. They also insisted that I had to get them smaller than the size I got them last time. A week later and the twist are starting to unravel & slipping off at the roots after paying $300. Not worth it.

Been coming here for a year now when I started with a small afro. Now my hair is much longer. Ladies are cool and know what they are doing. If you feel like your hair is being twisted or braided to tight , just let them know.
