Every single time I come to this Sephora on Kohls without fail the ladies in the Sephora are so rude. I can tell they are from the other departments in the store and don’t know what they are doing. Why open a Sephora if you don’t run like one?? They never know anything I am talking about and refused to let me redeem my points today when that is a basic Sephora perk of being a member. I come here because it’s slower and less people than the stores in the mall but I will not be returning. They were barely able to give me my birthday gift??

I wish this comment to be PRIVATE to KOHL’S .
There was a box of mens underwear on the clearance rack. The printing on the box indicated that the contents was a 3-pack of briefs. The KOHL’S price tag indicated that it was on clearance for ~$21. The box had a large opening — by design — so customers could feel the fabric. Looking into the box, I could see that there was ONLY ONE brief in the box. I thought that, perhaps, I could buy that one brief for about $7 or so. Unfortunately, a person who was asked about pricing the one brief said that the item could not be offered for sale, citing some *corporate policy*…
I think KOHL’S missed an opportunity in this instance. An opportunity to make a sale was lost.
An opportunity to get a garment to a customer who wanted it was lost.
This *verbal transaction* was NOT a factor in my rating of the visit to KOHL’S.
I do think, however, that the KOHL’S corporate policy should allow more flexibility for store managers to set prices of clearance items to get those items into the hands of KOHL’S customers.
Again, I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST… POLITELY DEMAND… that this comment BE KEPT PRIVATE AND NOT POSTED ON ANY FORM OF SOCIAL MEDIA.

This Kohl's location is descent. It was clean and well-stocked during our visit. The employees provided adequate customer service. This location is your average location.

My husband needed some new golf pants, and he found dry fit Nike and Underarmour. We asked for the fitting rooms, and they told us that they consolidated the men's and women's. It was very uncomfortable for my husband to be next to a young girl trying on a bathing suit, and I'm sure it was for her also.

They sell jeans that fit the way I'd like them but all retail stores have changed when selling woman's bras. I'd didn't need jeans this year just bras & I'm having a beaver of a time finding the right bra that's all cotton & the right size. I'm just disappointed in all the Retail Stores on wat they are caring for older ladies under garments.
