I love how they both treat you like family.
Very helpful and hard workers, sometimes the wait is long they get busy but i wouldn’t go anywhere else. Not enough great words to say about them❤️

If I could I would put a 0 star for how bad my experience was. I called to get a quote and they took the information said they would call back in 15-20 minutes the didn't so hours later I call them to find out how much it is and it just continously rings and then when they do pick up it's bubble rap over the phone or them dialing numbers before hanging up on me they did this 9 freaking times!!!

One of the cheapest options for insurance I have found. However I do wish that they had explained before my bill was due that I could call the number directly to the insurance company that they provide that ISNT knights. I also wish that they had a voicemail system in place so that if they miss your call they'd be better able to document and call customers back.

Cheapest insurance you'll find in OKC. Don't listen to those insurance ads on TV or online. They're all paid to get you sucked in and over charge you. Great customer service here too.

My wife currently has insurance through these people. My wife’s family has used knights for YEARSSSSSSS everyone in her family uses them. So tell me why I have been trying to pay insurance for a week now and he either 1 does not answer OR 2 when he does answer he says “I’ll call you back in 30 minutes” he told me that 2 times yesterday and when I kept calling after an hour or 2 not getting a call back each time he answered the phone and said “I’m hurrying as fast as I can give me a minute” rudely and then hangs up. I’ve given you hourssssss & days! my car insurance is past due now !! Yes I’m being pushy now because I call you at 10:30am all throughout the day & you never call me back!!

I recommend this place 100% to anyone with all kinds of driving situations and that comes from my 20+years of driving experience with different choices of insurance companies over time. But this is the place I will stay with from now on. Affordable pricing, within a short period of time, no B.S. and very little paperwork. I walked out of the office 100% satisfied and 100% insured.
