Just ordered my good front counter 1)lady was on her phone whole time...2) saw an employee take out food and come back without washing hands started touching food....smh...3) drive thru man is not very customer service like...handled money and then went to food line and touched bread

Terrible. My biscuit was brown and looked like it was fried in old chicken oil. I went back to ask for a fresh biscuit and this is what I was given. They all look the same unfortunately. Mashed potatoes and gravy also not fresh at all. It’s my fault for coming here in the first place. Complete waste of time and money.

I don't eat KFC but perhaps once a year and today was my day. From the second I approached the door the customer service provided by the manager today was unstoppable and outstanding! Immediately open and friendly with a genuine heart to serve. The food was, as always good, but this manager in here today..... Solid work Expressway!

So in fairness to them I did order relatively late. And if I was asked to cancel my order or something like that I would for the most part understand.I had surgery done on my mouth so I can eat proper food so I ordered 2 bowls of mash potatos for myself and a chicken sandwhich for my roomie.The chicken sandwich was solid according to him, and the tea I got for myself was good aswell.However my mashed potatos were heartbreaking. One of the bowls of gravy had spilt in the bag (which i cant say if it is KFCs fault or my delivery driver to be fair)But the main reason for my poor review is because they were still powdery. I havent tried the 2nd bowl but in my first bowl there is just clumps of powder like it wasnt mixed well. If they had to rush to make a new batch or something I would have honestly wished they would have just canceled my order instead of this. I shared a picture below to show the clumps of powder.Update: They did replace the mashpotatoes and were super nice when we spoke to them directly about it.

Came through the drive through around 6:30 pm and it’s been painfully slow the dining room was closed against the posted times on the door so because we wanted food here and with no other choice we hopped in the slammed drive through. It’s been over 40 minutes of waiting. And the employee who took our order had an attitude. I’m sorry if you don’t like your job but don’t take it out on customers. And if one car has a bigger order have them pull up. keep the rest of the drive through going and just run it out to them when it’s ready. Not really rocket science, other restraunts know how to run a drive through and if it’s that hard then maybe kfc should start having their employees trained at chick Fil a. And if you’re that understaffed then either hire more employees or close. It’s hard to comprehend why I’ve been stuck behind one car that’s been sitting at the window for over 20 minutes. Am I waiting for the one person working to finish their lunch break? Finally get out of the drive through and we get the saddest dish I’ve ever received from KFC and the drinks are 99.99% ice .001 drink

Slowest service ever, second in line through the drive through. Took nearly an hour to get my food (8 piece bucket). Employees were not friendly either.

Why is this place even open? Two guys are running the place tonight 12-13-23. There are 4 people who have been waiting 20+ minutes for call in orders. The drive thru is slammed. If you don’t have help, close the drive thru or the restaurant! No brainer!

Ordered a 3 piece dinner around 9:30 pm Saturday. Got a burnt drum stick and burnt thigh. I was given another thigh that was freshly cooked but along with the rest of the dinner it was salty. I love Kentucky Fried Chicken but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at one of their restaurants. Didn't mention the fries were cold and the biscuit was doughy. I know it was late but come on folks, if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it! It was nasty.
