Best price and transmission service I could find OKC. They were fast and have a good warranty. I would recommend them to others. If you are need of transmission work give Keith’s a call and save yourself time and money.

I have had transmissions repaired in other vehicles and a rebuilt replacement should take 3-4 days. On March 20, I had my daughter's truck towed to Keith's Transmissions for repairs and stated that my daughter lives in OKC for school alone and does not have another vehicle, so for every day he had it, she would have to Uber. We were told to expect about a week for repairs. To save space, I will just say that the repair took 9 business days, were only told that "he would call when its ready", and the only communication from this shop occurred when I called them. Further, when I called it always seemed like he was aggravated and it was a nuisance. When my daughter picked up the truck, she could immediately tell something was off (it wouldn't reach highway speeds and had trouble shifting) so she took it back 11 days later to get it fixed under warranty. This time, there were particles in the trans fluid and it needed to be flushed. This was another 3.5 days. Fast forward and my daughter says it still doesn't seem right and it jerks. She decides she just wants to buy something else. She gets a new vehicle here at home (11 hrs away in Nashville). I tried to sell the truck in late July and had a buyer who wanted to take it to a shop for inspection who reported back it was leaking trans fluid. We had 2 of our own mechanics verify that the transmission was indeed leaking (one stated 6/10 when asked how bad). When I called to ask about warranties he sounded aggravated and says its only warrantied at his shop - which I understand so my wife drove 11 hrs to OK and stayed with my daughter. My wife drops it off on Monday morning Aug 28. I called Wed Aug 30 and he explains he wiped it off then drove around and put it on the rack and only saw 1 drop of trans fluid. I explain that's not what the other mechanics claimed and he got aggravated again and talked about how they didn't wipe it off and inspect it like he did and refused to give an idea of when repairs would be done. He never called, so I called Tues, Sep 5 mid morning. Irritated, he says its 2 hrs after a holiday, why would I call this early. I explain last I talked to him was Wednesday and he was "trying" for Friday the 1st, so I am calling for an update. Again I am told he will call me when its ready. Still no communication, so my wife drives there with our daughter on Thurs Sep 7 to check on it and found it in the lot. My wife went in to check on the status while my daughter made small talk with a tech (who said that most of the repairs he had been doing were under warranty). He blew up on my wife basically tossing the key to her and saying take it. My 23 y/o, 5 ft daughter goes in after her mom comes back visibly upset, then he starts yelling at her saying that my wife was cussing him (which didn't happen) and they can take the truck. This was followed by excuses about his techs which he claimed he was firing that night, and was upset that my daughter even talked to the tech. My daughter explains he has had it almost 2 weeks AGAIN and she wants him to test drive it and look and make sure it's fixed. He claims he replaced gaskets and did a lot of work to it. She gives him the key back and says verify it's drivable and that it's not leaking. We decided we needed the vehicle back and were tired of his attitude and lack of concern for our time, so my wife picked up the vehicle the next day w/o incident even though it hadn't been looked at yet. She immediately drives it to the nearest oil change place and they confirm it has quite a bit of fluid leaking with picture proof. At this point he had it 2 weeks and we can't wait anymore. We will have to sell it at a decent loss of value due to the transmission not being right. Overall, take your car somewhere else. They are extremely rude (cussed my wife), won't communicate unless you call them (and are irritated if you call), have long repair times (he had the truck a total of 4 wks 3.5 days), and it may not even be fixed right (the truck still isn

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Was extremely rude from the first time I stepped foot in the door. Told me it would take 4 days and ended up taking over 2 weeks. He would get an attitude anytime I asked a question. Told me 5 different times that he would call me the next day with an answer and never did. I had to call every time and he was rude every single time. When I went to pick up the vehicle he literally got in my face and tried to fight me after I asked what the extra charges were. After I paid him the amount, he tried to add on another 200$ and said that if I didn't pay him he wouldn't give me my keys. When I asked him how the warranty worked he told me that it was a in house warranty so I better change my tone if I wanted him to honor it. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS!!!! Not to mention my car is still making the noise that I brought it in for. Charged me over $3000 and didn't even fix the problem.

I would give zero stars if possible. I had my car towed with a transmission leak. They said they would look at it the next few days. Did not let me know the car made it. Never called to update me. I called after two weeks and it had not even been looked at yet. I called week 3 they said they couldnt find anything wrong after driving it. I was like why is it being driven as I said on day 1 it has a transmission leak. Oh is that what it is okay we will fix it tomorrow. Waited another week no word. Called today after 1 month. I was supee nice each time I called, but today I was like its been a month when do I get my car back. He went off on me. Made me cry. Hung up on me. I called back and he said just come get your car. They have zero professional skills. I cried for 3 hours after he got done reaming me a new one. Acted like he was doing me a favor keeping my car a month. We will never go there again. Ps My car is still broke

Just gave Keith’s transmissions a call and spoke with Ray He was very helpful over the phone and was able to kinda work out some details which was great because most the time if your having transmission issues it doesn’t make sense to tow your vehicle to 5 different shops to get an idea of what it will cost to fix! All thought they don’t offer free towing anymore he was able to refer me to a wrecker he trusts! I’ll update the review after the transmission rebuild but I’m certain after talking with them that Ray an the boys are gonna knock this thing out of the park!
