Had a stellar shopping and customer service experience with Daphne at the Kate Spade store at the OKC Outlet Mall yesterday afternoon. I went there with an item ordered online to exchange. It was my unique pleasure to have the exceptional care and expertise of such a personable and professional lady. She listened, suggested, and even tried on the item that was selected. Tired of horrible service, being ignored and treated as if you are an interruption at a retail store? Go try this store. You will be treated special and not just meet a clerk. Thank you Daphne. You set the bar very high...

Shopping is fun for me and as a prior retail manager I may be more critical of this issue. Every time Ive gone I’ve been followed around the store, and asked what they can help me with by every employee on shift, and then they take turns asking me a 2nd time within 10 min.This is not customer service, that is not retail service, it’s not personable, and it makes me uncomfortable and has made me question if they are profiling me as a thief. I would love to spend my money here, but if this hoovering style of retail service is the expectation at Kate Spade, that will just be a brand I own very little of.

mall closes way too early...hardly anywhere to eat....that's part of the mall experience...food court. you only have pizza now and honestly these workers act like they don't want to help ppl

The manager on duty was rude and disrespectful towards my husband and I. I was told I could for a price check and the manger belittled me and profiled me in front of other customers and her staff. AllBecause we asked for a price check. I then left the store and then 10minutes called the store on my cell phone. I spoke to her and told her that the actions taken towards me were in called for. I explained how it made us fell but her apology was horrible.The other employees were wonderful and we're very helpful and respectful. I gain nothing from making this up, I hope others read this and if happens to you speak up for the both of us!

The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Very very disappointed. I did not end up making a purchase because of the staff and way I was treated! I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had the worst experience at the Jerrads Jewelry Store. The worker there was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I was suppose to have a ring saved for me by another worker and when I showed up to get the ring, the lady that was working told me she had not seen my ring. I had to ask her to look for me and she was so rude I ended up walking out in tears. As soon as I got out of the door she “magically” found my ring. If I was not dead set on this ring being my engagement ring, I would not have purchased it from her because of how rude she was. I hope they don’t treat everyone this way, especially excited soon to be brides ring shopping. It was a horrible experience.
