In the past I frequently stopped by this car wash & was always more than pleased. When I went through about one month ago there were two cars in line. I decided to wait - not to wait for what ended up being more than 20 minutes. The employee who did the pre-wash was obviously in no hurry, or even interested. More than these things - when I came out of the wash i noticed my windows were kind of foggy. I thought well, it's the hot water or whatever. Nope. It wasn't long until I realized there was some sort of film on my windows. It took me at least four times, a lot of glass cleaner, & a jumbo roll of paper towels to remove whatever greasy nasty stuff was on them. I will NOT be going back.

Great place... east to access... guys doing pre wash seemed to really care about getting car clean!!!

This place is now called Brite Shine car wash, and it used to be a great place! They were my go to car wash. Until this last time I went there and the machine put a four foot scratch along the drivers side. When I brought it to the attention of the guy inside, he tried to tell me I was lying! I just bought the car and knew that scratch wasn't there! It HAD to be done by their machine, since it was a straight line scratch that only a machine could do. He told me to give them my name and number and the owner would call me, which he never did. I would NOT go back and I suggest you not go there either, unless you don't mind getting your car scratched all to hell!

I come through this car wash all the time with my Audi and BMW. I stop in one time to use their vacuums to clean up a spill in my trunk and get kicked out because I didn't buy a wash that day. I understand " technically" why but come on. Some customer service goes a long way. Sadly I will not be washing here no longer.

Wow! Maybe the best wash I've ever had for only $14!! Pre wash is so thorough. Vacumes are super powerful.

The guy pretty much pre washed my whole car before going into the wash . Wiped and sprayed . Great service , and very friendly staff!

They do a great job. Excellent new machines and the vacuum bay actually works (unlike so many other spots). If you make it in before 9am you get a discount- can't beat that.

Terrible. Their car wash damaged my car and they will not take responsibility it have it repaired. Pretty disappointing that business will not do the right thing. Makes me sick.

Just like the other reviewers, my car was damaged by this business. Just like the others, the manager said they weren't responsible. Halfway thru the wash, the track stopped moving my car and did damage to the front suspension by torquing the front wheel in the trough. I didn't notice tho until I pulled into the street. I immediately pulled back into the car wash after exiting (30 feet and 10 seconds) and the manager on duty said that since I left the property that they weren't liable. I pointed out that I had literally just left and she became extremely rude. I had just driven up from Texas on my way to a funeral and I just wanted a clean car. Instead they damaged my property and made an awful day even worse. This place deserves to go out of business.

I have two automobiles. I purchased the ultimate wash package on a monthly basis for both. Two weeks ago I purchased a brand new 16. This past Monday, 3/21 at 4:40pm, I took it through this car wash for its first wash. The attendant shut the wash off with me stuck in the middle, it caused the side roller to come into contact with the driver's door. There was a series of long scratches. I immediately exited the wash (once the attendant turned it back on) and pointed out the damage. There is a sign which says you have to report damage before leaving. I reported the damage, the attendant took my number and name, and said he would have the manager call me to discuss the matter. Today, when I returned after no call for 5 business days, the sullen manager said they were not responsible because I left and did not fill out an incident form. I told him to cancel my recurring monthly charges. He refused to provide an owner's name or any paperwork documenting my cancellation and told me to leave. Do not use this business. This incident aside, it provides a substandard wash and damages your vehicle. Of course it isn't big dents, just minor scrapes and scratches which pile up over time. Their vacuumes do not work well. The worst part is the employees are downright discourteous. I stopped tipping because they acted put out to come over to the window of the car to get the tip. Seriously, one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered, especially to downright lie and deceive. RUN don't walk. RUN away!
