I'm going to give one star just for the workers but the truth is this man has a very unpleasant way of talking to people ? today, December 11, I took my truck simply because it was a model to the cars, this person offends the truth, I don't recommend it a very despotic person

Had my truck towed because of a bad clutch, I spoke to the son that owns the shop with his dad over the phone, after a day he quoted me $425 and did say it might be more, but he would let me know..,I was out of town for work and came back to pick up my vehicle and the bill was $1300.I told him he quoted me $425 and he said he did but he had to do more work, I told him I wouldn't pay $1300 and I would get a second opinion. Why would he do the work without contacting me?He use the excuse that his dad does not speak English that good, because I spoke to his dad, three or four times when asking about my vehicle because they never called me never left a voicemail and never let me know what was wrong with the truck and I kept inquiring..Needless to say they would not release my truck without the $1300 which is total bullshit.. it should be illegal, where I'm from you cannot do work without the owners permission, these Mexicans are very shady and I will be contacting an attorney and filing a police report....I don't understand what the issue is with contacting me and letting me know you had to do more work before doing the work, and now you're holding my vehicle hostage and I get to work myself to pay my bills or rent..He admitted there was a lack of communication, and he should have contacted me, he said he kept calling, but he never leaves a voicemail with a quote, which I've never heard of because I've had dozens of autobody shops leave quotes and request to speak to me regarding my vehicles..I smell something very very shady here. Stay tuned ....

Really a very bad experience with this man, I paid him almost $5000 dollars, for the Transmission to my car, and it didn't take me 10 days to work, only suddenly it didn't want to turn on, when I never had any problem turning it on, I told him that I did. I checked, and very reluctantly told me that I was not responsible, and that it was probably something else, giving me stupid excuses, that man is not honest and very ambitious, he likes to earn quite well, but be very careful because if something goes wrong He will look for a way and give you excuses for not fixing your car, I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WORKSHOP...Service: Transmission

This place has taken good care of me. Had my transmission rebuilt and gave me a warranty. My driveshaft broke and broke the transmission case. They replaced both driveshaft and transmission case. They charged me for parts only. Highly recommend this great little shop.Service: Transmission
