Three years ago, I had hand surgery on my left hand. Since then, my fingers have never returned to normal, and I have been unable to get my awesome wedding ring over my knuckle. For a year or more, I have wanted to get it resized but did not know where to go. While researching jewelers, I came across your store on Google. The reviews were great, so I decided to have you fix my ring. I knew I had picked the right place when I was told my your jeweler that you were the same family that had previously owned Samuel Gordon's. We picked out our rings at your store on 23rd and Penn about 40 years ago. We then purchased them from your store on 50th and May. So I know fate had brought me to you. I am thrilled by the job you did on my ring. It now fits great and it looks amazing. You cleaned and polished it, and tightened all the stones, so it is good for another 40 years. Thank you so very much. I will be back.

Took in watch that my dad received on his retirement 40 yrs ago. The watch was given to my son right before my dad passed. My son wore it every day but it quit working. The watch wasn't worth that much but the sentimental value made it priceless. Jewelsmiths completely overhauled the watch. They replaced all the old 40 year old parts and now the watch works perfectly. So happy with the results. Highly recommend them!

I had no idea that Rolex watches require regular service, I had a problem with mine and my local jeweler fixed it but recommended that I get it done. There are options online that are quite convenient but my jeweler insisted that if he was having a Rolex certified, JewelSmiths would be the only place he’d allow to do it.They were a bit more expensive than online advertised shops but two factors lead me to use them- the strong recommendation and I like to support local businesses.My watch was finished MUCH quicker than if I’d shipped it off and it looks like it’s brand new!Fantastic work, looks like new, quick turnaround, they called me immediately after they were finished with it and everyone I spoke with treated me extraordinarily well.Highly recommend!

I don’t know if he is the owner but the old white man was very rude to me when I was just seeing if he would want to buy my watch. He asked what I did for a living???? What does that have to do with selling my watch? He said he treats all his customers this way. He treated me like a crook, asked for receipts and etc. Please never visit this location
