Don’t ever do ship to store. It takes forever. I can’t believe in this day and age it takes over two weeks to get an in stock item to the store.

Walking into this JCPenney was like entering a retail disaster zone—and not the fun kind. 🏚️⚠️ Instead of bright aisles and new arrivals, we were greeted by ceiling drapes, long plastic tubes, and water buckets catching leaks all over the place. 🪣💧🚧 It felt like a scene from the final days of a Kmart—total retail apocalypse vibes. 💀🏪 The hazardous conditions made it feel more like navigating a flooded zone than shopping for deals. ⚠️🌧️
The few staff members we encountered were really friendly and trying their best, but it was hard to ignore the state of the place. 👋😊 They were kind, but this location clearly needs serious attention—like a rescue mission for retail stores. 🆘🛒
There were some decent finds tucked in here and there 🏷️, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the leaking roof and the overwhelming sense that the building was on its last leg. 💔🏚️ With some serious TLC, this JCPenney could bounce back, but right now, it feels more like a hazardous relic than a shopping destination. 🚧⚠️💥

I like your store and shop there regularly. My wife and I were at dinner and we decided we need a slow cooker that you have for sale online. As we were next door we stopped in to buy the cooker in person but your clerk politely told me that they could not honor the sale price and that I had to purchase it through your website to get the sales price. I encourage management to reconsider this policy. Thank you for reading. :)

Our first Black Friday stop. So many deals and Christmas decorations! Soft Christmas blankets for $7.99 and the ornaments were 50% off. The staff were so nice and helpful. I have always enjoyed JCPenney, their sales, and rewards.

You have an employee, Cynthia, in jewelry that is beyond exceptional. She helped me (numerous) times until I could find the perfect ring a few weeks ago. I come in today to find my husband something and she REMEMBERED MY NAME! That isn’t just an employee; that’s an incredible person over all! Do not ever let her go! She is patient, supportive and thoughtful!

Too many empty areas in the store. Had to find a sales clerk for assistance. All clerks are to busy stocking etc. to pay attention to customers. Nothing like JCPenney's used to be, probably why I heard their closing.
