My fiancé and I had the best experience here. We’d already been to 5 different jewelry stores and just couldn’t find anything that worked for us. As soon as we walked in, Precious greeted us with a smile and gave us the best experience. She was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. This outlet mall location always exceeds their customer service experience! To be greeted and catered to soon as I step in is always a plus but no matter what I had a question about they were ready to help and make sure I was comfortable and not just a sale. Everyone wants to looks nice and have nice jewelry & sparkle to them so anyone looking go to Jared Vault and let them be your first stop to finding what’s for you! I promise you won’t regret it!

My boyfriend and I recently went to look for an engagement ring, and I have to say, the customer service was truly exceptional. The employees went above and beyond, staying an hour and a half after closing just to ensure my dream ring was perfect. I have never felt more welcomed or cared for during a shopping experience. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made this moment even more special for us. This will probably be lengthy… we went in to Jared’s Vault in the Okc Outlets on a Friday evening. We were wanting/needing a symbol for a new start in our marriage. We talked with Brayden and he was great but said we needed to talk to the store manager, Drake Miller. Drake would not be in until Monday. I called Monday morning to talk to Drake and he told us to come in when we can. We made it to the store by about 3pm or so. To say that Drake went above and beyond, would be an absolute understatement!!! Drake spent over an hour with us, looking at different settings, diamonds, etc. not only did he spend time with us, he made sure that we got the most out of our trade, made sure it was what my wife wanted, he was kind and understanding. This was the best experience we’ve ever had when it comes to jewelry and that’s all thanks to Drake.
Then later that evening, my wife had to go back to Jared’s to drop the ring off to get the diamond set. She couldn’t make it in time before they closed but she called and Drake said he’d stay there until she was able to get in.
Because of Drake and how he treated us, we will never buy a piece of jewelry from another store, we will forever be Jared customers.
Thank you, Drake!! You’ll never know what this meant to us!

Ordered my spouse custom jewelry from jared. Jared said it was coming from their vault. It arrived, unreadable, tiny, and 18" chain was only 9". Jared doesn't have customer service, just a run around. Also when item arrived had a big tag on it saying " made in china".
