This shop doesn't give good care for your car, I paid over 5000$ for engine rebuild had to tow it back 3 times due to oil leaks and radiator damage the owner Mark acted like I was getting on his nerves, they messed up my radiator which was new had to replace, after finally towing to a real shop had to replace radiator again cause wasn't installed right, leaking and damaged, many other hoses weren't in the right place, what a mess, beware of this place!!!

Nothing but rude when I inquired about work he was doing on my heads.Was told 2-3 weeks, took 2 months.Putting truck back together now, hope heads were done correctly!!!

Took over a month to do a pair of heads... had to call 6 times to get them to get on the ball. I understand this place is cheaper than the rest but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The work is sub-par and don't expect them to keep track of your phone number. You'll have to call multiple times a week to find out the eta on your parts.

This place destroyed my engine and charged my $3000, I will be taking them to court. The owner Mark also threatened to “end me” and told me he would beat me up if I didn’t get out of his shop. Stay away- you’ve been warned!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I had a jeep of mine that I needed a engine replacement on because I blew a piston skirt and tried rebuilding it on my own. Never had the time to get it back together and in so it sat for awhile and I just ended coming to these guys with a brand new motor and the headache of what I did and these guys got my new motor in a week and a half. I mean these guys are so knowledgable they asked me to pull some parts off the old block I forgot to give them and just knew the correct sizes of bolts they where off the top of their dome. I appreciate these guys so much and will come back to them anytime I need something again.

Correctly diagnosed the problem was the motor mounts, but put in poorly fitting after market mounts. When we took it back because it was worse, they said they fixed it by adjusting the mounts. It was unchanged. Took it to a legit shop that replaced with oem mounts and problem solved. Also had to pay to replace hoses because Jackson didn't reattach the hoses to the motor mounts and the vibrations damaged the hoses. Would not go again or recommend.

I dropped my motor off May 27th, 2022. Mark told me he was about 2-3 weeks out and he would call me when it's finished. June 27th I call about my motor and Mark says it's still not done, and tells me I can come and get my motor if I don't like to wait, and then tells me it should be done in 2 weeks and he would call me when it's finished. July 27th I call about my motor and Mark says he just finished the block, and still waiting on the headwork to be done. He says it should be done next week and I can come and get it. Today August 12th I go in to pick up my motor and Mark is not there, his workers say nothing has been done to my motor, and that Mark lies to his customers frequently. I am at a complete loss at how to handle this situation without taking my business elsewhere. I picked my engine up from their shop and after 2 months it was untouched, covered with cobwebs and debris. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTOTR HERE!!!! Carter's or Buddy Rice can get you taken care of better than this place can.

Jackson's is a place I would trust be on any other place being around Britain for as long as I can remember and I would trust them with my car truck or van he stands by his work he's as good as a handshake from the olden days
