I stopped into this small airport headphones-and-tech store to kill time during a connection. I was truly impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of its manager, Janet.I wasn’t expecting she would not only be knowledgeable about the history of Shokz (female owned company, woohoo!), but that she had been to industry conferences and met the company owner.Not something that you expect in an airport concession stand for sure.Best wishes, Janet, wherever you go from here, and I know it will be great things.

I went in looking for a charging block for my blue tooth head phones & the staff were super helpful & friendly! I think her name was Vanessa… she went out of her way to help me out & gave me a great impression under my tight time constraints!

The lady working on the 28th of April around noon needs a raise. (She told me her name I just don't remember) Not only incredibly nice and helpful but her product knowledge was great. Impressive even. I explained what I was looking for she asked what kind of phone I had and what I wanted to use it for specifically. Gave me exactly what I wanted and was nice af the whole time. She needs a raise or a promotion

I am here at the Oklahoma city airport. I have bought a lightning hdmi cable for my iPad. The lady attending my request said that the cable was not upcharged with respect to Apple store. I have bought it but then saw on the Apple store that the cable costs 49 dollars. I paid 65.. when complaining the lady told my that she couldn't do anything and told me to have "a great day", and dismissed me. The bahaviour has been fraudolent and very impolite. Update: i have contacted inmotion to complain about what happened. They promptly answered and allowed a refund of the difference paid. Attention to the client demonstrated, in this case.

I walked in just to look around and kill time, but ended up buying a wireless headphones. I didn't feel any pressure from the representative at the store who happens to be Janet. She did a great job explaining about the product and after trying it on I had to buy it. This store has a lot of products for your needs and great service. I will return....

Electronics store that doesn't accept Apple, Samsung or Android Pay! Not that payment machine doesn't accept, because it does. I tapped my phone and it accepted and as I was signing the screen, manager put her hand in front and hit cancel. How rude!

Beware of the sneaky return policy. They no longer accept charger returns of any kind. They just added the word "chargers" to their non-returnable items list within the last few months and notified no one.

Stupid! Stupid!
