Came to this location to get a system wired into my car. Paid over $2000. We have had to come back there 3 times because things were messing up. They are of no help went today because it did the same thing and now the owner is back and tells me he won't help me because or honor my warranty i had with the man YOU let run tour shop so now he is back working at the shop. But tells me there's nothing he can do. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You pay this large sum of money. Thinking you will get something that will last for a while and that is not what you will get.!!

This shop and the owner Hector definitely went above and beyond for me today i needed an inverter for my tractor installed and nobody else in OKC would do it and if they would it was gone cost about $200 he gave me a GREAT price and even had appts all day and still managed to squeezed me in 20min after I called and spoke to him! He had to go get some pieces for it and all. Great guy, great place, excellent service. definitely will recommend to everyone! You are much appreciated sir‼️

Fantastic Service and Quality!

Hector and his team got me taken care of same day service. Very professional and down to earth. They installed a new and bigger in dash monitor in my custom center console. Highly recommend, will be doing business again and getting my whole trunk set up done!

Got my 4 channel installed last week did a great job didn’t take long and installed my new radio did it for the right price well definitely go back and the last guys that were working did not know what they were doing.

Hector did a great job on hooking me up with a tint I needed for my window and a very reasonable price . And as well I found out that I needed more work done to my Chevy Colorado and his staff are very friendly people and looks like I’ll be going back there and they will be seeing my face a lot there

Hector @ Imperior audio fixing the previous dudes mistakes and dishonesty. I got a full sound system and was supposed to get 2 10’s and most importantly my new door speakers. Well i only got my subs… I slowly noticed my door speakers still sounded factory well i went up to the shop and sure enough factor ford speakers. I’m so grateful for hector and appreciate him honoring Jay’s mistakes!!! So all the hate his business got in the last 10 months is not because of him!! They will continue to have my business and support! Please give them a chance as they rebuild their name as it was once a very big known name!

I had my Chrysler 300 windows tinted here. Hector and his team did an amazing job. I also had my remote start done here on my Chevy as well as my mother’s Toyota RAV4. Windows on my Chrysler still look like the were recently done and our remote starts have never given us a problem. My mother is so happy that she doesn’t have to get out of her house to start her engine! VERY RELIABLE WORK!! THANK YOU HECTOR! IMPERIAL CAR AUDIO IS THE BEST!!

Hector at Imperial took care of me on my tint job. Quality work. Went in and received a quote for the work and about a month later I came back for the work and he remembered my name. His service and quality of work has kept me coming back

The old manager Hector is finally back and running the shop the correct way. The previous owner had no clue how to run the shop it smelled horrible and trash was everywhere. Hector knows how to run the shop the right way and has 10/10 costumer service. he is legit moves fast and always wants what’s best for us the customer. only gives the best product explains everything and is very tidy and organized.
