I had absolutely the worst experience with the employees at this branch . I went into the lobby yesterday around 4 p.m. there were 3 people working the counter and 1 customer was being helped , which left 2 people open to help me . As I approached a teller I was told to "STOP and I would be called up when they were ready to help me ." Meanwhile the lady who told me to wait carried on a full conversation with the customer who was being helped by someone other than her . After about 5 minutes she looked at me and said he will help you now and pointed to the other free teller . I approached the teller and he says " what can I help you with today , and I explained to him that I needed to exchange a 100 dollar bill as the money I had was torn in 2 . He looked at me like I was crazy and laughed and said I don't think so , he turned to the female teller and says we don't do that do we , to which she replies are you even a customer here ? , to which I answered no. I was told that IBC Bank does not accept torn money especially from someone who doesn't have an account . She kinda laughed and said have a good day . I have to admit I was shocked and emberassed as I have never experienced such rudeness from employees at a bank.I went directly across the street to a BANK OF OKLAHOMA walked in was greeted by several people with genuine friendliness. I was directed immediately to a teller who told me it was no problem to exchange the damaged money and asked if I had an account with them or was interested in opening an account. I was given a brochure about their different accounts and told to have a wonderful day. All this took place in less time than I waited for a teller at IBC Bank. I will never do bussinness at any IBC bank because of this experience . I strongly advise anyone needing a bank or banking services not to use IBC bank. And I would have to say Great job BANK OF OKLAHOMA .

They will lie to you in person or over the phone about how their fees work. Worst bank I have ever used. I regret doing business with them.

I went to cash a check this morning. Pulled into a lane only to be greeted by a rude women saying I was in the wrong lane and that the light is off on that lane and that I needed to move to another lane. I said oh on my apologies I didn’t see the light was red. Pulled around greeted by a man this time. I told them I needed my check cashed and waiting. I get my I.D back only to find it was deposited into my account instead of cashed. I don’t think I will be banking here much longer!

I met Mike a few weeks ago because I needed some help with my account. He was awesome! He was so helpful, knowledgable, and patient. He also followed up with me and called me on an issue that we were getting resolved. I am really impressed with the service he provided! I am reviewing this branch a 1 star because I have always had issues with this branch. For some reason I am always getting the run around and not very friendly service. It seems as though every time I am there I will have some sort of issues arise. I've given them several tries and am usually very underwhelmed. I will be looking to change banks soon.

Brianna is a DELIGHT! I absolutely love her energy. She continuously smiles and it is contagious. I look forward to the "errand" of going to the bank because she's always there. So, thanks girl for always being kind. You're essence is not unnoticed.

Called branch they were rude non helpful...... corporate is aware and told me that any branch can give me any information! CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the absolute worst bank. EVER. Of IBC banks or otherwise. I have had an account here for years (foolishly) -- their customer service is ZERO (they keep the doors locked even after the bank is supposed to be open); will not allow customers to wear sunglasses into the bank (even in the summertime or after an eye treatment); the management is totally and completely unresponsive to requests for routine assistance with an account; and the wait times both inside the bank, and at the drive-thru, are ridiculous. I stopped by today to have a document notarized, and was rudely informed that the bank does not offer that service to "the public." I informed the manager that I had a long-time account there, and he still declined (because the document did not deal directly with "bank business).

terrible bank. I always have to wait atleast 4 days for my check from work just to deposit. They don’t care I have bills and things to pay. Thankful to be changing banks.

Absolutely worst IBC branch, had a financial emergency was in a rush, explained situation and manager was less than interested in helping, left drove across town to another branch, manager stopped what he was doing and helped me immediately. Will never visit this branch even though it's less than 2 minutes from my house.
