If I didn’t have to use this bank for work I would absolutely not come here. To just make a deposit take 10+ minutes itself. God forbid if you have cars in front of you you’ll be sitting here for 30+ minutes. There’s been times where I have drove up and the people are slouched over asleep. That’s just sad. Get some better people in here.

The ladies that attend this place are very slow, I waited 40 minutes just to deposit my money, the managers should change their staff or train them

Don’t walk away from this branch run! I have my business account and the teller transferred a double payment to a person I paid! They never called me! I caught it when I balanced the book for the week and showed 9 days ago you double transferred hundreds of dollars to someone! I need this corrected. They told me it will take days. I later found out the person that got double paid told them hey you made a mistake! They didn’t correct it then either! No integrity! Shady!!!

Absolutely the Rudest tellers in Oklahoma City. Professionalism is gone in the IBC Banking Corp. There was a time in banking when banks appreciated their customers. That no longer exists in the Banking industry with IBC. This bank has no manager on duty to over see this companies tellers. The teller think they are doing you a favor by cashing you checks or taking deposits. They don't realized they are one step above a McDonalds employee. This bank only offers access Mon- Fri. from 8:00am to 5:00pm. They are closed on Saturday. So if you want to be accessibility to you banking needs this is not the bank for you. If you are looking for Professionalism this is not the bank for you. I have banked with this institution since they opened in Oklahoma City, but no more. I am moving my business away from IBC to a different company that still appreciates its depositors. Customers are the backbone of the banking industry. Without depositors a bank is out of business.

Line of people both inside the bank and drive thru and only 1 teller working. Others never got out of their offices to help. Teller was nice, but 20 min to get helped is insane! Poor management for sure.

11:30 on a week day they have one teller ..will never use this location again as I sit in the drive thru for a half hour and still no answer as to why they would not cash a check written on there account. .

This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. I have no choice to go to another bank because my company chose this bank. Every day I drive through the business lane and wait 30 to 45 mins this is horrible service for. a business lane. We in this lane have to go back to work! We cant sit here waiting for what looks like 1 guy to help every one in the bank. IBC needs teller at the window at all times! Terrible service. I wish I could switch to another bank!

This place has not been any good in the past month! I ordered checks on 5/30/2018, I called several times. They told me “ they should be here any day now.†We called them today and they didn't have them, then they told me NOBODY EVER ORDERED them. I asked for the branch manager and of course he went to lunch. 2 hours later, I called back and of course now he's in a meeting.

I went in on Saturday with a concern about a charge on my account and 2 checks for deposit. The woman behind the desk actually had me sit there for 5 minutes as she emailed her boss, and then stated that she was going on vacation and her boss will work on it on Monday(she mentioned her vacation SEVERAL times). After a few moments I realized that's all she was going to do. I picked up my checks that she didn't seem interested in depositing and left. I highly recommend working with a different location.
