Highly unsatisfied with this bank. Open my account on 02/27/24 online with the understanding that my card would arrive 7-14 days later never happened called customer service and they said oh we see you have a card on file good to know because I never received it. Representative said well it should be arriving soon if it doesn't just come in a we can print one unfortunately the bank closes at 5 I get off work at 4:30 however was able to finally get my debit card (yayy)03/27/24 but guess what no account or routing number Call customer service again and after at least 4 attempts nobody can help me get into my online account go inside the bank they say! Ha it's no one fault that I get off 30 minutes before the bank closes or have only a 30 min lunch. My complaint here is this bank with the free checking account opening and 10$ deposit is a joke they can't help you with anything over the phone SMH I guess that's the service you get when opening a $10 account

I have banked with IBC for more than 20 years, and they have always treated me well at all the locations that I have used. They are very helpful and very kind. I appreciate them very much.

I don’t usually have a good experience at this branch and I always go to 12th. But today I would like to thank Jade and John for helping me today they were diligent and professional they took initiative and were able to help find my deposit that wasn’t showing due to a system issue. They gave me peace of mind and confidence restored. Thanks guys

We usually bank at the Portland branch or the north May branch in OKC, but we've stopped into this branch from time to time and have been treated with courtesy. Five Yelp stars

I showed up at the branch on 19th street in Moore on a Saturday at 2:59 and meet a teller at the door. I ask if I could cash a check he turned to ask the manager on duty and she tells me that all the money is already put up. REALLY! It would have taken no more than a minute and I have some banking experience. A teller should not close the drawer until the bank had locked it's doors! The doors weren't locked yet. Granted, they were getting ready to but it wasn't locked. I will never bank at IBC Bank! EVER! Customers service is an absolute joke!

Everybody here is super rude. I really don't understand why people work in customer service if they hate it. Ariana helps me every time I come and every time it's the same, she's super rude. Don't come here unless you don't mind awful customer service.
