Have been banking here even before I read the horrible reviews. After their atm has been close for over two weeks now I can never deposit money anymore because I work before they open and get out of work after they close. Every direct deposit takes 2-3 days to actually get into my bank and if I charge before then I’ll get hit with a $30 overdraft fee. Never in my life have I herd from other people that it takes this long to receive their cash, my SO gets his money the day of if not instantly from his bank. Customer service is always 50/50 and they charge you $20 every time you want a new card. Any other bank I’ve ever been to is a million times better than this one. My only compliment is how nice the costumer service is, sad this business doesn’t care about their employees more

A bank that refuses to exchange smaller bills for larger bills because you don't have an account with them is ridiculous. Also, life tip to whoever reads this, bank with a Credit Union.

I came in to exchange a bunch of five and one dollar bills for some 20's and the bank wouldn't even do it unless I had an account with them. What's the point of a bank, then? Couldn't even exchange denominations

This bank is trash. They delay credit and debit purchases on ur card 2 to 3 days so u think u have the money in there but u really don't then they hit u with multiple overdraft fees. Go somewhere else unless u like being scammed by banks.

If I could give this bank no stars I would. The only thing good about IBC bank is Calvn. He is the most gracious and hard working employee they have. Iesha (sp?) Is also very kind and tries to help the best she can. I have a business account that I can not hardly operate because they won't raise my card limit after months of requesting it. I make large purchases and travel quite often with my work. They expect me to run a business on 4000 a day when one order can run me 12,000. I also have twice gotten out of town and had no working debit card because I had hit my limit that I was told was raised and it is not. It's not the actuall employees in the bank that are awful, it's the higher ups who are awful!!! I have enever had insufficient funds and my account has only grown since I opened it. I may be a small business owner but I run large numbers and they quite often stop business for me!

This is the slowest bank ever. This location would be 10x faster if they actually paid their employees a living wage. A business that doesn't pay employees well, equals a slow one.

We usually bank at the Portland branch or the north May branch, but we've stopped into this branch from time to time and have been treated with courtesy. Five stars

IBC Bank has become an absolute NIGHTMARE.They have been stealing my money unawares with Multiple Overdraft Charges applied to my account after over drafting once. And when I call to have them correct thier mistakes they advise that there is nothing they can do. ABSOLUTLY NOT. You will not take my hard earned money and tell me there is nothing you can do when you clearly see where the charges have been applied multiple times for ONE Overdraft. I WILL be getting a different bank very soon. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who works. Hard for thier money to only be ripped and robbed by IBC Bank.

You need to give you long term customers happy and not shut off their over draft over a technicality I have been here over a year and always payes my overdraft so why will you turn it off when you get 35$ every time I mean come on ppl need that protection and I stick with what it tells you to do direct deposit and over 300 a month gets deposited so how can you just turn it off now I half to wait and pay a 76$ late charge on my rent and pay you 35$ that just put me in a hole over a technicality this bank sucks
