I'd must say, this branch has improved ENORMOUSLY over the last few months. The new staff is very efficient, hard working and friendly. 5 STARS GUYS!

This bank has the worst customer service, but this branch especially. I just finished a completely silent transaction, no greeting and no thank you at the end. Thank you, Michiel for helping to make this place the Walmart of banks.

This location has poor customer service and inept at banking. Unable to deliver on promises such as follow up phone calls. I have been dealing with same issue for over a month now.

This is this ONLY branch I've had issues with. They always take too long to complete a simple deposit both inside and the drive through. They apparently don't have a bank manager at this location...? They have admitted to not knowing how to do their job, making mistakes, and have told me they can't do anything about it, but as soon as my angry husband goes in, they can all of a sudden do what they told me they can't!! So they will lie to you if you aren't assertive. Certain transactions I can do at ANY OTHER location they deny to me here. The sales lady was acting ghetto and yelled at me as I was walking out of the branch today. Not sure what this locations issue is but they need to close it down. 0 stars! They told me to go to another location since I am unhappy. I will be closing my account with IBC. Every other location is amazing, AVOID THIS ONE

I never write reviews but after this experience I feel the need to. It was 5:01 pm when I tried to walk in and the door was locked, the workers were still in there. I completely understand it closes at 5 but I thought I would give it a shot, now what I found extremely rude and upsetting is as I looked up from tugging on the door the workers inside laughed! I was embarrassed!! I then head to the drive thru because that apparently was open, as I pull up the girl looked at me blankly. Not a “hi how are you†or “what may I help you with†....I told her I was there to take out money but due to my wallet being stolen I had no debit card to go to the ATM or my ID. She told me she could do nothing about it because I would have to “walk in†for that.....literally what I was trying to do!!!! Only 1 min late! Outstanding customer service would've been if they offered to help even though I was a mintue late instead of looking at me struggling and laughing. Shame on this branch!

Horrible service... Put checks in the night drop...why? So when they come in they take care of you. Any other bank or credit union, yes. Called 3 times and my night drop still was not even pending today. I called and the guy put me on hold and FORGOT me! Then the bank closed... Horrible

I had a wonderful experience at this bank branch. I am impressed with Robert the manager, he knew customer after customer by their name as they came in to the lobby. I have been banking with IBC for 5 years now and none of the other branches provide customer service like that. This bank has bad policies and turnover with employees but good to see that they have a good manager.

I have banked here at least 5 years. Very happy with IBC. I live very close to the May branch across from Founders Tower so this is where I usually go unless I am close to the Headquarters on NW Expressway. I have all my personal, business, IRA accounts here. However, I will be totally honest and say I do 99% of my banking online but when I do have to go to the bank itself, it is always a pleasure. Seldom have to wait and staff at both banks are friendly and more than happy to help.
