I will never buy from this store nor do I recommend. I purchased a watch for an elderly lady. I asked if she didn't like it could it be returned. I was told yes. I took it back the same day and was told I couldn't and I was pressured I'm keeping it even though I told them I have enough jewelry and do not need any more.I complained but was told nothing cam be done.The manager at this store hungup in my faceDO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have been a faithful customer for 19 years. Excellent selection of rings, watches, and necklaces. They have repaired my watches and supplied batteries for my watches. Today they replaced my well traveled watch strap. They are excellent at what they do and their customer service is exceptional, as well as their attention to detail.
