When my husband and I walked in Jade was right there with a smile and friendly as can be and jokes around which we loved so much, he made sure to get us the best deal on our (new to us) Audi! With it being so busy on a Saturday we went in at 10 am and got out at 3pm yes it was a little longer but we also understood that it was busy and him jumping from one customer to another. He is amazing to deal with go to Jade at post oak Toyota in Midwest city!

My husband and I were just supposed to go "window shopping" and ended up getting our first truck. Talk to Eric P., he was able to get us a great deal, very transparent and he isn't like your typical salesperson that pressures you into buying a car. On top of that, he was very considerate on what would work for us. Overall, I had a great first experience with Post Oak.

My wife and I bought a new Camry from Wisdom. We thought we knew what we wanted until wisdom showed us another vehicle that we ultimately went with. He had all of the paperwork started by the time we made it to the dealership. Which was on 30 minutes after talking to Wisdom. Everyone at the dealership was kind and we didn’t feel overwhelmed with having our two toddler boys with us. They had things for the kids to do and a good waiting area. Thank you to Bob in finance for being patient with us and the boys. He walked us through everything and had us out of the door in no time. Thanks again, Wisdom! We will definitely be back.

10 STARS!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! This was my first time buying a car on my own and the staff here made it amazingly smooth, pain free, & made me feel at peace about my situation. Jorge in sales was phenomenal at finding exactly what I needed and wanted, answered every single question I asked, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. He stayed til 9:30pm to help me find my Tacoma & didn’t even bat an eye anytime I asked a question or anything, he’s just overall a fantastic salesman and I can really tell he cares for his customers & loves what he does. He is great and I hope he’s there when I’m ready to trade-in in the future. Jamal from financing was just absolutely, 100% the best finance advisor I’ve dealt with. He got my interest rate BELOW what I had on my old car that I got in 2019, broke down every single step of the car buying process to me including how Oklahoma does their auto taxes & tags (waaayyyy different than Texas), and just made me feel confident in what I was purchasing, made me felt heard & understood about my feelings and concerns, which he easily put them to rest. I will now always go to Post Oak Toyota thanks to these two gentlemen.

I recently purchased this beauty of a 4runner at Post Oak. This was my first experience buying from one of the big brand car dealers. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle that wasn't at least pushing 20 years old. I really wasn't sure what my ability to buy a car with my credit was going to be like. Credit Karma had me thinking I had a decent score. Turns out it was actually lower. As I worked with Audrey in sales, she assured me my score would be good and that between the team they have in financing and the number of lenders they work with, something will work. So we go for a test drive. We're gone maybe 20 minutes. When I got back inside and sat down, Audrey's boss peers around the corner and says, "Congratulations on your new car."Working with Audrey through the process was a breeze. She's knowledgeable about their cars and doesn't treat you like you're just another commission. Everyone I had interactions with over the purchase was easygoing and respectful. Even others who I didn't work with were very polite and appreciative of my business. Multiple people thanked me for my purchase even though they weren't even involved in the sale. I guess it's a good thing when only negative was, the tires were over inflated when I drove off the lot. I would totally buy from Post Oak again, and have already recommended to a few people to go see Audrey for a hassle free car buying experience.

Bought a new car! Brandon with sales was terrific! Michelle in finance was easy to work with. We were there about 4 hours and I tested a few before deciding. Happy with what I ended up with and trade in was ease.

I was mislead on multiple occasions, phone calls and emails haven’t been answered, promises haven’t been followed through on, and in general there’s been a total lack of respect for the customer. This was the worst car buying experience of my life (I’ve already gone to another dealership for a set of spare keys after Post Oak failed me) and I couldn’t possibly recommend shopping or selling with them. UPDATE: One month in and nobody from Post Oak has ever returned a phone call or email. I’ve talked with other people, this place has a reputation. Yelp has them at a 1.7. These are not good people.

This has to be one of the worst car dealerships I have had business with. I've had problems with my car ever since I bought it and had work done on it multiple times and it is currently broken down. They never return phone calls or messages, they have had my vehicle for nearly two months and I've had a hard time trying to get in contact with the car manager. I would never do business here again

I had heard from a few that Post Oak Toyota was the best in the state, and after working with Yousaf Siddique, manager Joe, and seeing the clean and loaded lot of vehicles available, it was very clear why they’re rated #1! They are phenomenal, trustworthy, thorough, full of patience, and integrity. I would refer anyone and everyone to them in a heartbeat, hands down! Everything about my experience with them was smooth and the bonus is that my kids and I love our new Toyota RAV4!

I had recently got into a wreck in April and did not know what I was going to do since my car was totaled, I knew many dealerships would not have taken my very low down payment and not so great credit score. I tried multiple places and was turned down. I came across Post Oak Toyota to which Octaveion came to greet me. I have two kids and needed a family car I explained my situation and he was able to help me! Luckily he was even able to get me into a car similar to the one I had lost! If I had any issues with my vehicle he was always helpful and made sure I went home with something safe and reliable. Thank you so much for helping me! My kids and I appreciate all you have done and know will continue to do for us and others!

Do not waste your time here to try and sale them your car! They have ignorant people that handle that. I have 10k in upgrades and the guy that handles it told me that upgrades make no difference to the value of a vehicle! Lmaoooooooo!!! Like how dumb can someone actually be. Upgrades always make a difference. Especially when they are like mine are. Anywho when I told him he was dumb he told me good luck on getting my money back for them and lol - laughed. Sorry but he represents post oak and everyone should know about this.

First time ever buying a car at a dealer and glad to say the process was simple and easy. The salesmen was not pushy and very straight forward. The process took about 4 hours but most of that was for the financing. Of course, always do your due diligence and be aware of your financial boundaries. Looking forward to doing business again.
