This is a review of the maintenance department. I took the car in for an oil change and some front-end work. They changed the oil and had to order parts for the front-end work. My AC was working like a champ when I brought it, but suddenly it didn't work at all. They also said I needed four new tires, two of the tires were less than a week old. They had me drive the car home and when I brought it back They fixed the front end with no issues and did a great job but wondered why I was driving it because it was unsafe to drive and I could have been in a serious wreck because of the condition of the front end. Yet they told me to drive it for a week earlier and come back. I had the AC serviced at another shop because I don't believe in coincidences, and the other shop said the AC was completely empty of the chemical that cools the car. Kinda makes you say hmmmm. I will never take my vehicle to them again.

I have bought a lot of cars and trucks over the years. My experience with Post Oak Toyota was super smooth and easy from the start. Thank you for a stress free purchase and fair trade value on my trade in. Sales people and managers were awesome. Finance department was great as well.

BUYER BEWARE!! This dealership is a bait and switch. The internet pricing they show and promise over the phone isn’t what it is when you get in the dealership. Then they also tack on the “Post Oak Fee” of $1499. Never mentioned on the phone. No other dealership I’ve worked with has this “fee”. Will NEVER return.

A huge shout and praise to Landon Artherholt for getting me into a reliable and lightly used 2021 Kia Seltos with no money down and a reasonable monthly payment. If it weren't for him I pretty sure I would have walked off the lot an hour after I got there. Very engaging and easy to talk to. Thanks man.

I bought my first car from Post Oak Toyota this week and had a fantastic salesman! Wisdom was kind, helpful, funny, and so enthusiastic about finding me a car to fall in love with (which I did)!! He and Joe both stayed after closing to make sure I could take the car home in the same day and fought to get me a great rate. I LOVE my new car and will always recommend this dealership!
