Jackie was so sweet. I accidently went to the wrong location and called her and she waited for me to arrive. Even though it was close to closing by the time arrived. She was so sweet and didn't rush me.

Because the staff is always friendly always makes you feel right at home and I feel that they're very trustworthy! I am in my mid 40s and I've been doing my taxes with h&r block since I've had my first job and will continue until I no longer work!
