I work off Lincoln and stop in quite often. It always feels clean, and the staff I've interacted with are really nice. This is also a great spot to grab lunch/dinner and not break the bank...the kitchen is really good! I also love that's it's the most convenient grocery stop between work and home (NOKC). I'm glad this is here!

BE AWARE! The checkout clerks are collectively pulling a scam when it comes to entering produce codes incorrectly. On multiple occasions they have intentionally entered a produce code to a higher priced item and then act confused when you catch them. Even the managers that have been called over to correct it enter in a generic produce code with override or GM code. Make sure to go over your receipts line by line and keep track of posted prices. They probably have to make up for the "double up bucks" program this Homeland exclusively participates in. It's a state crime to intentionally change the posted price!

Beautiful store, nice layout but very lazy workers. Workers leaning on food service areas and siting on places where food is kept and handled. Mostly on the phone. Customer service poor although I did get wished a happy New Year. Could not find everything I was looking for.

Store regularly does not have items advertised as being on sale. Today, I was looking for the advertised special on T-bone steaks. I told an interested employee about it, who undertook to go to the meat department to ask about it for me. He was told they would get around to cutting more" after awhile:

Ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving due to having knee surgery. I was told to pick up at 2pm on Thanksgiving day. My son drove 30 mins there to be told they didn’t have any turkeys. My preordered bird was either given to someone else or not made. Very disappointed!! I have never been to Homeland before and will not be returning. Way to ruin Thanksgiving!

I used to really love this store, you could tell management really cared about customers and the employees and the way the store was presented. The store always looked great, I've seen Heather, assistant manager whom i just found out no longer works there, busting her tail in this place, always super professional, helpful and approachable. It's beyond me why a company would let such a loyal, hard working person go? Heather always answered my questions and helped me find things I need, she was never rude to me. Just really disappointed to see her go, I'm sure the service and presentation will be back to garbage in no time at all. They're really gonna regret losing her.
