We bought our son a used washer and drier set and they work great. Corey has also come to repair our washer and dryer. He’s fast, knowledgeable and always done a great job. Highly recommend!

This company was recommended to me by a friend.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Corey and I couldn’t be more satisfied. From the moment I called, he was prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the repair process in clear terms. His expertise was evident as he worked efficiently, and he took the time to answer all my questions.

The lady answered the phone Totally unprofessional
Like I thought I miss dialed the number at first

I don’t know if she was having a bad afternoon, but she was very short and snippy. Definitely discourage my visit.
And made me question the ethics Of their work and their appliance functionality

I received a call from their front office on behalf of my rental property for a maintenance request. They ONLY gave me the particular time of Tuesday 3-6.
my simple response was “I get off at 5:30,?would that be fine?” With one of the most rude responses I’ve ever had from a stranger I was told “noooooo! I SAID BETWEEN 3 and 6 you made a request so you have to be there when we can come” They went around and around defending their demeanor and refused to offer me a different day, a different time or meet on any kind of middle ground. Then proceeded with threats to tell my management company I refused to work with their schedules. I spoke with the owner Corey and he backed up his front office in a way that came off as they came off dismissive, smug, unprofessional and incompetent. I let my property management team know and thankfully They were able to get me other services. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody that prioritizes customer service.

If I am understanding correctly, ******************* is the owner of this business and ****** is the front desk associate.If you are not extremely patient with disrespectful people please proceed with caution as i personally have gotten bad vibes from them. ****** was defensive, cut me off on the phone until i had to ASK her to stop (like an immature child), and crossed my boundaries multiple times and called me rude after i asked them to leave me alone over text and ***** showed up to my house an hour and a half before the service appointment and gave me attitude when i told him he could not interrupt my private meeting as our agreed appointment time was in an hour and a half.****** said over text \

Cory has service my rentals and home for the last 10 years. Out of all of the calls I have made to him , he is always there to take care of the problem at a reasonable price. I recommend him to all of my co workers and friends.
