Love this doctor! She and her staff are wonderful. She takes care of my older dog with age-related heart disease. Also, saw my younger dog when he had complications under
anesthesia for a routine procedure at another vet.

To date, our maltipoo, who has an enlarged heart, has been seen by Dr. Holland twice and we're soon due for an annual checkup. When originally referred to Dr. Holland, we thought our little girl had little time left. Dr. Holland reassured us that she was okay (not critical) and generally healthy, and we would keep monitoring her. All of our questions have been promptly answered and our concerns addressed. The staff has also been helpful.

Our 3 year old dog was referred here due to kidney failure. Staff and Dr. Holland are amazing. Very empathetic and caring.

Dr. Holland and Renee at the front desk, and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They are kind and obviously care a great deal for the patients and their humans. Dr. Holland has saved my cat’s life more than once, and continues to care for him years after his original diagnosis. She’s the best.

I have had to take some of my fur children to Dr Holland over the years. Always kind to my babies, takes the time to explain the good and the tragic of their condition. Has even contacted me after hours because she has so many patients that require so much care. Her team is very kind and helpful with messages and records to my regular vet too. I hate that dogs and cats get cancer but glad to have serious help and care when it happens.

I have had to take 4 of my last 7 rescue dogs to Dr Holland for treatment of various problems. Everyone on the staff is professional, helpful & friendly. Dr. Holland manages to deliver even the saddest news in a calm, professional manner, while remaining warm & comforting. I don't really want dogs who require specialized medical care, but when I find out that one of mine do, I'm so glad that Dr. Mollyann Holland will be the one to diagnose, prescribe treatment & monitor my dog to give him or her the best life possible! Thank you Dr. Holland. And Renae for always being so helpful.

We were referred to this clinic by our primary care vet regarding our dog's lymphoma. Our vet personally talked to Dr. Holland, and she promised to take on our dog's case. When the dog's records and a case summary were faxed, my husband started making phone calls to get an appointment. The staff assured him that our dog's file was on Dr. Holland's desk, and as soon as she studies the case, they will work on scheduling our first appointment. Several days later, they called me and said they had not forgotten about us, and they would call us back soon. We started waiting. In the meantime, I read some bad reviews about the staff never calling back. Three weeks passed, and I called the clinic again to ask about our dog's case. The answer was that they don't have any records of our dog and his file was never transferred by our vet's clinic. I reminded them about our previous conversations, and I was put on hold. They found our dog's physical file and said that Dr. Holland is willing to have a Zoom appointment with us. The next day I called about scheduling a Zoom appointment. The answer was that Dr. Holland is overbooked with Zoom appointments, and she won't be able to see our dog soon. They also recommended calling an internist in Tulsa. Obviously, with lymphatic cancer this was very time sensitive, and every day mattered, and they essentially wasted almost four weeks of our time. We recently lost our precious dog to this horrible disease. Apparently, Dr. Holland never wanted to take on our dog's case. Her staff just made excuses and lied to us. It's unprofessional and unethical especially when our dog was in critical condition. It's hard to believe that people who work in the pet care field do not really care.

Communication is poor. We first went to Dr. Holland in Nov 2021 for test etc for GI issues. Things were great, staff was friendly, Dr Holland seemed to care. Put our pup on Hill's prescription skin/food allergy food and things went okay with that. Well, until Hill's recently did a 'New Look' change and my dog started to have reoccurring issues. We just spent another $1400 at this place in August 2022. I talked to my vet, I called Dr Holland. They advised to contact Hill's, which I did and found out that they did in fact change the formula. So now what do I do? The assistant advised she would ask Dr. Holland what we need to feed my dog now and would return my call, 'it may be tomorrow' is what I was told. That was October 17th. I tried to call again on the 18th. On the 25th I still had not heard back from Dr Holland as to what to feed my highly allergic/GI sensitive dog. After paying her a couple thousand dollars at this point, I cannot even get a call back to tell me what to feed my dog? Luckily I didn't just sit around and figured it out myself. So basically, after $2000 in a year, I cannot get a call back for what I see as a pretty urgent need. Since the food SHE put him on was now hurting him what was I supposed to do? If you choose to go here I wish you better luck!
