I have used this shop many times in my 7 years living in North OKC. They're typically very fast and professional. There have been times they are busy (they get really busy. Great location I guess?) and the service rep could be nicer but all I really care about is if my car is ready before eod. It always is and why I have bought two sets of new tires here, any one time replacements and get the lifetime alignment for my cars. Great tire shop in my opinion. Fix their alignment machine and get them more techs.

I have got my car serviced at a lot of places and hibdons is one of the best in service I love this one though as they are honest and knowledgeable about cars last time I was there I was taken care of as if I was there own flesh and blood

At the north May location, I was given a very thorough and easy-to-understand explanation of my brake fluid exchange. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was knowledgeable and didn't mind taking the time to explain! I'm also glad I can track all my visits to Hibdon's. That's a super valuable feature for me.

I was able to get my vehicle in same-day, and they were able to service it and have it ready within a couple of hours. I didn't end up needing a new tire this time, so the service was free. I spoke with Morgan a few times that day, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. I have been a long-time customer...and I will continue to be.

The men that helped me were extremely kind and helpful! I dropped my car off for a flat and picked it up the next day! Great place and nice staff!

The boys in there were great! Had a good sense of humor and were kind to explain things. I was out in under an hour. It’s rough to find places on the weekend especially late afternoon so they were great to work with.
