I never write reviews, however, this was one of the worst business experiences I have ever had so want to warn everyone. First, if there are positive reviews, the review is in all probability from someone involved with Hertz, not an independent review. Also, the response is one of a few automated responses available. I would give a 0, but that is not an option.I reserved a car for a Tuesday, April 2nd at 9am and prepaid for the rental weeks in advance. Showed up on time to find the office locked. Called the office and no answer (thought the phones might be forwarded). The only reason I stayed around was a customer was locked inside the office and said staff had left to pick a car up for him. Once someone arrived at about 9:15am, I was told by a male staff member that there were no cars and he would call when they had one probably around 11am. I called the office at 4pm and the female staff member told me she would call me in the morning when she had a car. I called the Hertz National office and after 45 minutes, was disconnected. I called several times in the morning of the 3rd, but the phone dropped my call at the last prompt 4 times in a row. Called in the afternoon and the male staff member informed me that there were no cars and if I wasn't able to pick up on the 3rd, that I would need a new reservation. I called reservations and they informed me that I would need a new reservation and that the price had increased considerably. I at that point cut my losses and cancelled my reservation. I was told that this made sense and it was company policy.After a trip to this rental office, 4-5 calls to the local office and 1.5 hours on the phone with the national office, I came up empty. Beware of this company and location. Remember you have been warned!!

Customer service was absolutely garbage. There was absolutely none. I jumped through hoops did everything they asked. Was there over 3 1/2 hours still did not get a vehicle. I was on and off the phone most of the time and the customer service rep on the phone and the gentleman that was helping me on location was not on the same page. Nothing got accomplish. I will never return here. Let’s just say the grass is most definitely greener on the other side a.k.a. across the street.

The worst place I have to deal with. The guy that is working the front not only was rude and disrespectful after we found out they don't accept our bank we do banking with but had referred to me and my husband as "you people". If I could give a half of star or less I would. Along with they never explain anything correctly about what banks they accept or don't accept. I will never use them again or send anyone to them. I'm so disappointed with this place.

My bad experience was book a car 6 PM nite before for 9:30 AM, show up at 9:43 AM, told they don't have a car yet. Then told cars from air port would come. Took my credit card info etc, I patiently waited over 2 hours. A different employee then arrives after first one left. Starts credit card process all over again. Why ? Maybe he gets to steal commission from the other guy ? Not sure. But then raises the price telling me I have to pay for extra insurance about $24 per day, and they still don't have a car ? I walked across the street to Avis/Budget and got much better professional treatment. My lesson after many car rentals last few years, you rent cars at the air port in OKC, if you want the car to be there when you get there. Many more cars available at the airport.

The northwest expressway location is the worst experience that I've had in renting cars. Their staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Rented an uber through the uber website from this location. When I get there they said they don't even rent uber cars and they tried to send me to another location 28 minutes away.

Eric was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and helped us get exactly what we needed to ensure we had an amazing road trip!! We will definitely be returning and will look for him the next time we go. Thank you for all your help Eric!!

Booked a reservation through Hertz website, took a $20 Uber to Hertz and when I arrived I was informed they did not have any vehicles.Not the employees fault, however it is the fault of a sloppy, disorganized company. Went to enterprise down the street and they were able to fulfill my needs

They made a bad situation worse. The person who helped me had NO IDEA what she was doing. I was given the wrong information. She knew we were going to put money on my account, meaning it is a debit card. I got back and was told I can only use a credit card. I have never rented a car before, so knowing the information upfront would have helped.

Charge $500 instead of usual $200 deposit if you're using a debit card instead of credit card. Some bells and whistles of car didn't work such as AC temp control.

Booked a rental through Expedia for $75, when I arrived, I was told my $75 rental required a $500 deposit and a credit check to use my debit card, $200 if I used a credit card. Would have appreciated it if this had been disclosed at any point during the booking. I would have gone somewhere much less shady. Needless to say, I walked out without my rental.

Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to Kobe.... super friendly and helpful throughout the whole rental process, . I appreciated his upbeat attitude and attention to detail, which made renting a car a stress-free experience. If you're looking for a rental car, definitely give this location a try - you won't be disappointed. Especially if Kobe is working!
