The absolute worst experience I've ever had renting a car. The worst. Lawsuit is being filed. The manager is horrible despite the sweet young lady at the front desk. I have video and audio and am seeking legal actions to hold him accountable. Please read the reviews and avoid this location. Like the others, I went to Avis and walked out within a vehicle in moments with better pricing and a friendly manager. Funny thing, he said Hertz' poor service and manager is their best referral and keeps them busy from people leaving Hertz. I still can't believe what happened.
Here's what I can say. They didn't want to accept my Tennessee valid ID and I had already prepaid for the vehicle through Expedia (I am also a Hertz member and my info has been on file for years). I asked for a refund, denied. Left and called and spoke to Expedia a few times explained. They asked for proof, so I returned to Hertz w them on the line. The manager was upset when he heard the Expedia rep say that they would refund the money so I didn't have to deal with this Hertz any longer. Everything was on speaker. I asked for his DM or RM info and this set him off. That's when things got bizarre and went South real fast. Can't post here but run, just run!

Rented a car to someone with MY STOLEN CREDIT CARD INFORMATION- and REFUSES to help get me in contact with someone that can help. The guy that answered the phones, I believe his name is Tyrell was the RUDEST person i have ever spoken too. Enjoy the BBB Report and claim buddy- Also, i hope i cost you your job :)

How is a $19.98 "convenience fee" for a $1.08 toll fee, ok? It says it's for "not having to pay toll authority directly", yet it takes me to the toll authority website to pay it. Crooks.

Jennifer was extremely unpleasant talking down to me. Then she comes back saying we don’t have a car for your reservation… huh?? Then she poured gas on the fire trying to spin it to being my fault.

This is my first review I’ve ever done. Horrible experience. Spent an hour on hold. Ended up going up there and no one attempted to answer the phone the entire time I was there. Finally scheduled a rental and was dropped off after they said they had cars. Told me all they had was an electric car when I specifically asked for a normal car. Had to walk home in 100 degree heat and both workers there didn’t seem to care at all. Will never use them again. Horrible location for a typically good company.

A few hours after I had rented the car through an FBO, I got a call saying my credit card had been declined. This was because of a glitch with their system. My business profile zip code did not match the CC zip code. But it was a perfectly good CC. The man on the phone threatened me with reporting that I had stolen the vehicle if I did not provide a payment right then and there. My only alternative was a debit card, which is not OK to give out because there is no theft protection on those. Being threatened like this was and is extremely upsetting. I've been a Gold Plus - Presidents Circle member for many years. This is one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had! Being threatened and treated like a criminal, with no flexibility, is completely unacceptable. I deeply resent how I was treated!

Horrible, Do not rent any car from here. I reserved a car from here and came on the time. I waited for 30 minutes and the lady who works here does not know the procedure.
All personal left the store and I stayed alone waiting for the car. In whole store there are only two people who work and one of them came late.
When I went to front desk they said that they need to clean the vehicle??????? So it took around one hour to get the vehicle.
They need to go through the management in this store. I do not recommend!

I made the reservations for a small SUV. To pick up on friday May 24th @9:00am.
Upon my 9:00am arrival,I was advised, they didn't have the vehicle available at that time. The branch manager suggested " I go have breakfast somewhere, and give them thirty minutes, to go pick a car up, from the airport.
I returned in 35 minutes. Then the branch manager informed me that the airport didn't have the vehicle I requested, either. I complained and asked the question?
Why didn't someone call me and tell me that. There was no response to my question or concern. I waited an additional 18 more minutes to receive a rental car that I did not p re-pay for. I've been a gold member for years, I've never received a such poor service. The manager was rude, and did not conduct this transaction in a respectful manner. Which should have made it faster.
Unsatisfied, Gold status member.

Don’t rent from here! Had an online reservation for weeks and went to pick up the car and they said they overbooked and have no car. Rude staff who could care less that you have no car when you have a reservation. would never rent from here again!!!!

Made a reservation several weeks in advance for a van to transport my family while in OKC. Even called ahead the day before to remind them of the reservation. Been waiting for over two hours at the agency and they did nothing to assist short of telling me to cancel and redo my reservation and Uber to the airport on my cost. I had to modify the reservation on the spot to get whatever vehicle they might have from the incoming vehicles. As a Gold President Circle member this is the worst rental car experience I've ever had. Now my family is going to have to drive two cars around while visiting in OKC because of their poor service. Reservations mean nothing these days for Hertz in OKC apparently. Corporate needs to address this issue or Hert is not going to be around much longer.
