I originally had a reservation with the Edmond location, and received the worst customer service ever. After that location basically left me stranded, I spent the next few hours trying to find a vehicle. Once I reached out to Mike at this location, he saved the day. Mike was sooo accommodating and helpful. He was able to squeeze me in last minute and provide me with the sized vehicle that I originally reserved. He was so friendly and professional, I definitely recommend him if you’re using Hertz.

Location not open on Saturday! Website says 9-12 . Arrived at 10am and the whole place is locked up ! Very disappointed!

Paula is super awesome and helpful everytime I’ve called or come in. I rent through the Lyft program and everytime I’ve needed help with something Paula has always given me exceptional and prompt service!

I rented a car at this station, and everything was fine when renting it. However, when we started using the vehicle, we noticed that it had fleas And dog hair . We started feeling itchy. It was not the kind of surprise we were expecting during our road trip. The moment we stepped inside, the tiny pests seemed to multiply and spread like wildfire. Their bites were relentless, leaving us scratching and uncomfortable. I'm rating them with 2 stars because they attempted to charge us for damage that we did not cause and also requested us to purchase insurance despite already having insurance coverage with them.

There is absolutely no customer service at this location. I rent Hertz every week at some city and enjoy the benefits of President's Circle. This location has one person that sits behind desk and slowly ever so slowly rents car one car at a time. It took an hour to get a car assigned. I won't use Hertz again in OKC airport

Update 2: the "7-10" business days that the agent claimed would be the suspense to refund the $283 to my card and expunge the absurd $2900 delinquent "fee" has expired with no changes. I called Hertz again only to have them tell me that "it will take another 7-10 business days because the first guy didn't follow the correct process." I have found that dealing with this company is akin to the movie "Inception." Every time I reach a new level of incompetence, the reality becomes more absurd.

Worst rental car company and location! Cars overbooked, waited an hour for a car that was out of gas and had a sale hold on it. Will not rent from them again.

Do yourself a favor and do not rent at Hertz. Do not prepay any car rental service from them. They will charge you twice. Expect rude customer service representatives who will yell at you. Expect Hertz to charge you the full amount you prepaid because you decide to get a toll pass. Expect to receive a car that is way below the standard of what you usually drive. My reservation was pre-paid via PayPal a week before arrival. Once at the airport, the Hertz counter did not have power or internet service. I waited in line for an hour, in part because the customer service representative I was waiting on decided it was justified and necessary to have a 30 minute banter session with the client just before me. It was so bad people behind me in line were suggesting they should "exchange phone numbers" and "get a room." When it was finally my turn and I asked her why $249.80 were going to be charged to my credit card, because the reservation had been pre-paid through PayPal, she yelled at me to "settle down, because if she said so, I would not get a car." She then proceeded to ask if I would get a SunPass for the vehicle, and I said yes. You should know that according to Hertz, getting a SunPass or any other type of toll feature is considered an "additional service" and they will charge your credit card the full amount of the rental on top of what you prepaid. Then, prepare for a less than stellar experience with the car itself. I rented a compact vehicle that had a broken air conditioner, so I spent four days in a sauna thanks to the low quality of the Hertz fleet. When I tried to open an investigation as to why I was being charged twice, I found out that "purchasing additional services" triggers your credit card to be charged. They will not refund your money. So, spare yourself from doing business with Hertz. It is not worth it, and they should be driven out of business.

Not a great selection of cars. Cars are often not very clean. Usually understaffed and closes early. Make you check your receipt, sometimes there's no one there when you return your car and when they check it in they charge you for extra time. Don't expect an upgrade.

When I get off my flight, I just want to pick up my car and get to my hotel. But when I stepped up into the line at Hertz, I knew this wasn't going to be a good night. I was in line for over an hour just to get up to the front desk and for him to say to just go straight outside and pick a car. When I got out there, I picked a car and went to leave the lot. When I got to the gate, boy did I have issues. The lady tells me that she's going to have to turn me around. She then has the audacity to tell me that I didn't stand in line for an hour! Once I got turn around and back into the center, a super nice guy said he would escort me out because I was fine! But all in all, do not go though Hertz! There are multiple other rental places in the car rental center and all I'm sure are better than here.

Rented numerous times from Hertz and had over 4 months of car rental days. I accumulated enough points to get a weeks worth of free rental. Even with COVID going on, Hertz deducted all my points to 0 for not renting frequently enough to suit them. I appealed the action and was denied reinstatement of the points. It seems the word "loyalty" in loyalty program does not apply to them but only the customer. I replied to the denial email that they lost a customer for life and I would let everyone know of my very negative experience. My wife and I are both permanently disabled and retired and we're going to use these points for a long awaited trip. I had paid thousands of dollars for these numerous rentals with Hertz and had the rug pulled out from under me when I needed that loyalty perk. Choose your car rental company wisely.

The lady that assisted us at the desk had an attitude and was rude the whole time we talked to her. Also, my husband doesn't have a credit card so we couldn't use mine to get a car because it had to be under his name. Extra fees for everything. What would have been a $30 a day rental ended up being over $300 because of all the extra fees. We ended up going through Turo.
