The helper told me one price and then one of the owners friends came after me, he attend him first and told me it was an emergency which is why he had to attend him first. Then gave me a different price. Will never go back again ??

I always go to buy tires at that place and they are in a bad mood all the time, and to finish soon hpy I went looking for a tire and they told me that they didn't already have it with the car raised and they wanted to charge me 15 dollars to put the spare one on myself I understand that it is a business but if they don't have what you are looking for, then why do they renew the car and in the end want to charge you for putting on the spare tire, it is an abuse, in the end they left and I put on my spare tire, I will never go back to go to that place, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ?????

We are non local from texas and blew a tire on the way home after picking up my brother from school. Firestone refused to serve us or even pull a recommendation for another shop. They eventually sold us a tire for almost $300 and sent us on our way with only a hope and prayer to find someone to mount it. After some help from C&J, another local service, we got in contact with Herreras and they stayed open past closing time to mount the tire for us. Only $20. They saved us a major headache and we are beyond appreciative of these kind people who slightly inconvenienced themselves to help strangers in a bind.Also, they currently have a pigeon who has taken up residence inside. If you want great service, awesome prices, and a friendly birdie to hang out with while you wait on your car, Herreras is the place for you!
