Buyer beware!! Will never buy from Harry's again. Just did detailed review on yelp. New refrigerator purchased Jan. 31--delivered 4/1 with 3 dents in door. New door ordered. Icemaker pouring water all over bottom of freezer. 2 repair tries and fixed 1 month later. Another month and customer recvd email from manufacturer "parts ordered'....just now ordering? Contacted sales and advised 1st door damaged and had to reorder. So how did the customer know this if you didn't call them? Another month and customer called customer service. Cheyenne will research and CB...no call. 1 week later, customer talked with Norma in service. No notes on account so Norman began from scratch. Located the new door in the warehouse...when it is unpacked and examined, will call customer for delivery. 10 days later, no contact to customer. Called Norma again in Service. (she is the only person I'd ever trust at this business !) Persistent to contact warehouse, will call back. A few hours later, delivery called to schedule delivery of new door. Waiting for delivery now..fingers crossed I can be done with doing Customer Service for Harry's, since they have none.

The best place to get your appliances! Local and good people. They help me with repairs for my appliances and worked with me until they were fixed. I will keep using them as a customer and always refer people I know to them! I couldn’t appreciate the people at this business more! Harry’s is the best and Mark too!?

Small privately owned appliance store. Great folks to deal with there. The inventory is adequate, but it is top shelf manufacturers and cooperation is excellent.

Great experience using Harry’s rather than the big box stores. They had what I needed and got it delivered right on time and price was better as well! Give them a shot when you need appliances!

Purchased top-of-the-line speed queen washer and dryer from Harry's last fall and was very pleased with entire process from purchase to installation and follow up help/instructions. This is a family owned business and the young men that delivered the appliances were professional and nice even told me about the different wash cycles but what really made the difference was they respected me as a customer. Called yesterday to find out about the delicate cycle on the washing machine and a person actually answered the phone, was very pleasant and helped me understand the different agitation modes. I never write reviews but I want Harry to know how much I appreciate being treated like a human being and will certainly do business with them in the future. Steve deQuevedo, Oklahoma City

They are here every year to service our refrigerator and ice maker. The gentleman always nice and friendly and polite. They are all knowledgeable about my appliances

I went to Harry’s based on reputation, looking for a new washer and dryer. Nate was not only able to answer my questions but also offered more information about the advantages and caveats of various makes and models. He didn’t promote one over another, just helped me find what works for me. The installers were very professional. They obviously knew what they were doing, gave practical advice, checked that the units worked properly and cleaned up everything. Everyone I dealt with seemed proud to be a part of this company.

I called a local appliance repairman to come and look at my leaking washing machine. After taking it apart, the cost to repair it and it's age, we agreed that it would be better to buy a new one. I asked for a store recommendation and one of them was Harry's! I shopped a couple of places first but ended up at Harry's, and I'm so glad I did! A man named Jacob helped me! He was prompt in helping me find just what I needed and gave me a very fair deal! Delivery was fast compared to other stores. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience, and I love that it's locally owned!

I love doing business with Harry's. Love the knowledgeable sales folks and their competitive prices. We have purchased 2 refrigerators from them and intend on purchasing all of our other appliances when the time comes.2023 Update: Our beloved 17-year old Kenmore washer stopped working and while awaiting repair parts decided to take the plunge and purchase a new Speed Queen washer. They had them in stock, and one call to Stephanie and a trip to Harry’s, I was in and out (including signing up for the no interest financing) in about 15 minutes. Stephanie was fantastic and we still love doing business with Harry’s!

Easily the best appliance store in our area. We bought a Speed Queen washer there and they will be delivering it this afternoon! Sandy helped us a lot and we will be going back there when we need a refrigerator which is our next big item! ?
