MOVED TO RENO AND MAY. Very friendly, fast and fair. While I was waiting I talked to another customer who said he was a mechanic and this is where he brought his car, since mechanics don't like to work on their own cars. That told me a lot. They finished and delivered my car to me the day before Thanksgiving since I was out of town. Would highly recommend.

Our AC went out on a road trip back to California. They bent over backwards to not only find a rare part but to get the AC running again for our trip through the sweltering dessert. I'd give these guys 100 stars if that was an option. They were kind and hospitable. They were reliable and honest. And they went the extra mile for us. I highly, highly recommend them.

I have a 1999 Isuzu Hombre with throttle wide open. It took 2 days for the mechanic to come to check out truck. He wasn't here more than an hour. Disconnected some wires under dash, said he needed a wire diagram and he'd be back. Four hours went by, it's almost 5pm, I called the office and was told he'd be back Monday or Tuesday. Which the day he came was Wednesday. I pulled up my Chilton and there is a wiring diagram. Sending a picture via text he told me he would not be coming back out and working on my truck he felt like he was working on an unicorn. This company is by far the most unprofessional mechanic I've come across.

Great experience and great staff. Me and my wife are driving to California and a part of our car was falling off. Brought it here and they fix it and less than 10 minutes. Very nice costumer service!

I have a 2000 Honda Odyssey....you see a lot of them on the road because they're good vans.....but my AC had given up the ghost. I trusted an oil change shop on North May I had OC's at for a few years, but the $1800 estimate, including. 500 in parts, kind of had me gasp....so I started to call around....Long Story Short:C and J were quick to respond, very personable and knowledgeable, explained what was wrong to me in non-mechanic terminology, told me it was a job better done in theIr shop, got an amazingly quick appointment for this, went in and they got 'er done faaaaaast and it was 20 PER CENT of the other auto shop...yes, 20 PERCENT of the other shop's labor estimate AND you could hang meat in there now.....The yard dog was nicer, too, than MANY of my friend's PETS!You can't go wrong here, and I am going here for all of it from now on.Shop was tidy and neat, clean bathroom, aforementioned sweet shop dog, and I was more than comfortable with the entire thing.Give them a call

They will always give you a good deal and will NOT rip you off and say you need something if you don't actually need it. I know to many women like myself that is important.
