Pat's used to be my go-to for service on all our cars. In the past couple of years, their service has become comically bad. Went by this morning (Friday) because I discovered I had a nail in my tire and the tire was losing air. He told me he could get to it Wednesday. Wednesday! Place looks like it's going out of business. Good riddance.

I would give -5 stars if I could. This is not a part of town where a care emergency is easily solved. My tire was going flat actively and quickly and they said you'll have to go elsewhere we are too busy. I asked for help changing to the spare and he said no AND you can't use my parking lot. Beware stopping here to get help because you won't find any! Kevin Gibson is the man who told me that he could not help us even though his technician said they could help if Mr. Gibson would have let him.

They kept me in the loop on the price and gave me a discount on the tires. They were nice and did everything they could to help me. The only thing was the mechanic got grease on my floor mats

Pats Tire Downtown Okc Day started out with flat front tire. Called Pats at 0700 and was told to bring it in and they would work me in. Ms. Carla greeted me immediately offering coffee with a smile. Ms. Carla takes the time to listen to her customers offering her expertise on what tires are best for your vehicle. She has a unique way of helping you choose a tire not sell you a tire. Ms. Carla was polite, professional and knowledgable. Now lets talk about Sam....Sam is the guy you want when it comes tire service. He takes the time ensuring you are back on the road safely. Sam is "The Oklahoma Standard" taking pride in his work putting customer safety first. As a retired Okc firefighter I have responded to accidents that could have avoided if every one in auto service was as thorough as Sam.

Traveling through OKC and got up in morning to discover I had a bolt in my tire. Found this place on line, went there to get my tire fixed was very happy with my experience. They were busy but got me right in. I was most impressed with conversations I overheard and how honest they were with customers. Can't say enough good things about them; wish I could find a comparable place at home. Highly recommend!!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I called yesterday right at closing time and they said they could get me in first thing in the morning. Patched my tire within 30 minutes! I had barely made it home before they called and said that my car was ready for pickup haha! Extremely nice staff. Definitely will be taking my car there for all maintenance work.

Passing through and needed an emergency tire rotation and they said the earliest they could do it was 2 days out. Couldn't even accommodate a quick 10 min job

Awful place! I am pregnant with several dogs in the car. My husband and I were driving through and got a sudden flat. It was a little over 15 min until closing. We pulled up and they started closing doors and turned off the air. They then said they could not serve us because they turned off the air. We just needed a patch, we could go nearby to do the air ourselves. Really awful customer service and place.

What a great find. My low tire sensor for my Mini Cooper went off and didn't go away after adding air to the tire. The guys at Pat took my car in and checked the tire. Even pulled it off and submerged it in water to look for air bubbles. The tire was fine. I just had a tire sensor that wasn't working properly. But these guys took the time to make sure all 4 tires were fine. I really appreciate their help and will definitely use them when I need my next time replacement. These guys are thorough, super honest, and won't up-sell you. Go to Pat's Tire & Auto Repair. They will take care of you!

Went in at 5:30 for an appointment for new tires. Place was clean, they usually offer coffee, but it was empty, and the lobby was FREEZING cold. It's 25 outside. Turn on some heat! If I alone spent $1000.00, and yalls had customers all day, y'all can afford some heat. Also, close your bays. The north wind is blowing in on your employees! Close the bay doors and give them some heat. Lastly, you offer tires and wheels, you need to be doing and offering alignments. That's all
