Not good, not bad. There was an abundance of flies and a serious lack of communication about bus delays. My driver was rude, yelling at passengers before they even boarded. The seats are better than they used to be, and the bus was nice and clean.

Only one star because after being on hold for over 20 whole minutes, the female who finally answered didn't like it when I had to ask why was I left holding for over 20 whole long minutes. They're are supposed to be very professional over there and be very courteous and ki d and people friendly!

The routes are getting better and the Bus stations are more clean . Keep up the good Work. I started traveling in March and some of the places was horrible I'm glad to see improvement we need that. We don't need another pandemic.
