Brought my car here for a tire balance, $100 later it was worse than before. Slight shake to violent shaking out of control. Then proceeded to tell me there’s nothing that can be done and won’t give me a refund!

Horrible customer service, they didn’t even want to help me or come look at my car. I needed a new tire . The lady at the desk said this is not a good year store and I would have to drop my car off for them to look at it . Even tho they had zero customers when I went in. I will not return.

They offer little to no help, and work on what “they think the problem is”. Their labor is overpriced and there’s no work effort to match it. They never fixed the issue on my vehicle either. It’s giving “scam service”.
