Love my local Goodwill! They have a great team running the store. I love that Goodwill supports the community by helping people get jobs and training. It makes me happy to support the business.

No longer can you try on clothes! As I’m checking out the cashiers say you have 7 days to return keep the tags on your clothes and the receipt then you can return them not until after I return them they say only a gift card! My total was a little over $65.00. She said it said on the receipt. This should be posted on the door!

As an individual with a disability, going to a place of business that solely exists to serve individuals with disabilities, I found the service, the facility and management to be both appalling and offensive. There are no benches or chairs available should I need to rest while their store with amputated leg and prosthetic. Concerns addressed to the store manager Moses and then to corporate human resources are addressed with no urgency and borderline disdain. There was no return call from Ethics not Customer Relations as promised. This place is a travesty and smears the good name of Goodwill and their mission and values.

While I did find some gems to take home and I'm happy with what I got, the prices here are much more expensive than the other thrift shops in town. On the bright side, the store was clean and well-organized and it made the experience pleasant.

5 stars for the blonde lady that is usually working on Saturday mornings, decent(for Goodwill) pricing on home decor, and good clothing selection. I try to avoid going any other time, especially evenings, because the other workers are consistently rude for no reason.

The employees are nice. Although they allow customers to hang out there and camp all day, and I mean ALL day long so they can snag anything that looks like it’s of worth. They also have employees randomly jack up prices on anything they also think is of any worth. Not a lot to be found at this location when you factor both of those facts in.

Very disorganized store, none of the clothing is on racks that match sizing. Store is actually dirty, gross floors and walls. A male worker stood outside my dressing room the entire time I was changing, felt really uncomfortable.
