Very happy with glass doctor . The glass Doctor wasn't my first choice. The first choice didn't come through wasn't on time and put me off. So I decided to go with the glass Doctor which was a $150 more than the first choice. It was worth every penny of my money. I am pleased to have done business with the glass doctor. Thank you..

Excellent Company focused on the customer. Every appointment was prompt and productive. They measured and answered questions, they ordered and installed quickly and accurately. Replacing windows versus purchasing new frames and windows is a difficult decision, Glass Dr. made it relatively straightforward and simple. Highly recommend doing business with The Glass Doctor!

My second time to call Glass Dr to repair a ding in my motorhome windshield. I have been very satisfied with my experience both times.Very efficient, excellent result, and very competitive price. Will definitely call again if I have another ding and with a motorhome it’s a matter of when, not if.

Glass Doctor was quick and convenient to provide a reasonable estimate. They were conscientious in identifying errors in the materials and getting replacement glass fast. Scheduled a consult to have glass repaired. The day before my appt they called and asked to reschedule. Moved my appointment and was given a window of arrival between 2pm and 4pm. Called the company at 3:45 just to confirm that they were still coming only to be told no as "it was hard to get people to come out to afternoon appointments". Someone should have called to cancel the appt or when I told them I needed an afternoon appointment I should have been told they were unavailable. I always want to give a company grace but this was just bad customer service.

Had a basketball goal go through my back windshield and found it early in the morning, while I was trying to get my kids to school. Called glass doctors and they got me in quick and got work done fast! It was much appreciated. The only down side is I was thinking they would vacuum the shards of glass out of my back seat and bed of my truck but didn’t. But no biggy, took care of that part myself. Just appreciated that they got me back on the road quickly.

They promote online quotes so I filled out the form and included pictures to get a quote. it's been at least 2 weeks and not one word from them.
