Mi had a bad experience about a month ago. I purchased some thin mints from a lady selling cookies at Walmart that were old. I got a hold of Judi at the main office and explained what happened and she apologized immensely. She took care of the issue and even offered me several boxes of free cookies. This is a great program for all girls and I hope that this program continues. Thank you so much for what all you do for these girls.

As someone that was a girl scout and mom was a leader, my daughter wanted to follow my footsteps. What a complete disaster. She only went to two meets and was bullied by the girls. The girls talked back to the leader and was completely out of control. Her leader was wonderful and honestly she seemed over it as well. But the professionalism lacking in the office is beyond anything I have seen. I reached out with my concerns in early December. We also never received a T-shirt we purchased in September so I wanted a refund. I got a complete run around. Promise phone calls that never happened. Was told they would be out the $20 for it yet here you have a single mom out of $200 plus for all the clothing and everything with it that was purchased. I also had to constantly reach back out. Finally, I filed a dispute and got the money back. I am so disgusted with this organization, that I can’t support them in any way from here on out nor do I care to. They want girls to join, yet this is how everyone is treated. I have heard this same stories from other parents as well. I would highly recommend putting your daughter into something with more humble people and keep them out of this cesspool organization. It’s not what it used to be.

Thought this was a good place to shop for my granddaughter until I shopped the clearance rack and bought a shirt for her. Of course being 12 she definitely didn't like what I picked out so I took her to exchange it. I was told I couldn't return a clearance item. I asked where's the sign stating that. I was taken to the dressing stall where this rude woman shut the door to show me the sign! Nowhere was a sign posted on the clearance rack but we sure had one posted behind a door!!!! I guess customer service is non existent here. Very sad since they are supposed to be role models for young girls!!

They were selling cookies outside in the cold at Lowe's today off Covell and Kelly in Edmond. I got compliments on my hoodie. I was waiting in line I thought, but somebody behind me got helped before me because they stuck money out at them. I ended up buying a box of Somoas first which was my favorite. On my way out I was thinking about buying s'mores but they are $1 more than any other cookies?! Somebody talked me into buying a box of the "newest" cookies called adventurefuls. All bad mistakes! I went down the street to Walmart and bought a package of Walmart Great Value cookies and a package of Keebler cookies like the samoas but for a whole lot less. I noticed they had quite a few cookies that looked like girl scout cookies that I didn't want. I did this on purpose to see if it's really worth buying girl scout cookies - and it's not. The great value cookies were hardest probably but tasty, the girl scout cookies were second hardest but tasty, the Keebler cookies were chewiest and tasty. $5 for girl scout cookies a box. $2.70+ tax for Keebler cookies. $1.44+ tax for GV cookies. I vote for Keebler. As for the adventurefuls I was afraid I'd break my teeth on them before I ate one cookie. They were hard. They were so dry I didn't notice the supposed caramel or sea salt taste. Brownie inspired?! No! Brownies are chewy folks, and not that dry either. False advertising in my opinion. Girl scouts might be a good thing but they need to get into a different line of merchandise to raise money, and they don't need to be making them stand out in the cold to do it. They aren't panhandlers. They need to wait until warmer weather to be outside selling things. February has the worst weather possible in Oklahoma for snow and cold and January gets really cold and black ice sometimes. What are they thinking? I'm not buying girl scout cookies again!

I'm taking a CLE (Continuing Legal Education) here and the conference room is wonderful. It's large, can hold about 60ish people comfortably, and is on Robinson off of 63rd between Western and Broadway Extension. The have good electronic equipment for an event also.
