Lalonda was exceptional. She was very kind, professional and efficient. Hair turned out amazing and I had her style from a picture sooo satisfied. She had great conversation and gave wonderful advice about OKC in general. Fresh from Chicago I would and 100% recommend this salon and their services. Already have my next appointment scheduled. Pauline, is one of the kindest and very inviting person with the fear of God in her heart❤, with that being said,..I'm very pleased with my hairstyle which is natural, and cut short in a style, she did an excellent job. I'm well pleased with her.

Got my hair detangled, washed, dried, blown out, and trimmed by Lalonda. Didn’t like her attitude, and the detangling was extremely painful - she combed from root to tip without enough product and ripped my hair out as if she was in a hurry. She left me under the dryer for longer than necessary, so it felt like my hair was cooking for no reason. And she questioned why I came without detangling my hair first - she didn’t tell me to when I scheduled the appointment and she’s a stylist anyway, why does that matter when a detangle can be added for an extra fee. Overall she acted like doing my hair was a chore, the experience was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend her.
