Dr. Ben is THE. BEST. We came in for my 2 year old for a possible ear infection. He truly cares for every patient, big and small! Will never go anywhere else!

Last at front desk was very rude and so so disrespectful. I see wouldn't even let me explain what I was trying to tell her she kept talking over me when I was nothing but nice. She usually is nice but maybe she shouldn't have came to work tay if that's how she is going to treat paying patients. Thierry for I didn'tdidn't make an appointment because of it! She called me a liar then hung up the phone. I wish i could give yall lower than 1 star!

Highly recommend this clinic was able to get in and out in less than an hour. Staff is very friendly and Dr Ben is so nice and very professional at what he does! Thank you for always taking care of me when I’m sick ?. They also accept soonercare for the kids

Paid my bill via the billing phone service, STILL getting the same bill months later. No one EVER answers the phone or returns voicemails. Never known a business to not answer or return calls (for MONTHS).

I have been calling all day no one answers and the voice mail memory was full. My friend recommended me this Doctor, too bad the staff won’t answer any calls. It was call after call, you can tell they don’t check their messages cause memory was full.

Dr Ben really is amazing and cares for the people. Long story short, my son got cut on his hand and I took him to an urgent care in Moore. They wanted to charge $280 just to see him and I didn’t have insurance then. I asked if they could tell me if my son needed stitches but they wanted me to pay $280 just to say yes or no. They recommended Dr Ben and since the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness. They charge me $65 to see him and gave us free medicine that would prevent an infection. I would never visit another doctor. Hands out the best ??

Can't even get a response or return phone call, they won't answer the pharmacy to get alternative medicine when they are out of the prescription, not sure how this place stays in business when they can't even return my messages or keep my prescription filled, they just want more Money for terrible service...

You know, I'm not concerned if I walk-in to a medical clinic for an hour wait. I would even expect it due to the nature of any walk-in business or practice - heck you'll even get that at a Hibdon Tire. What is important here is that patients should know the Doctor and staff here are uniquely concerned about your reason for being there and will spend the time to talk with you and discuss treatment options. In this hurried world, I'm grateful for that and recommend this practice to anyone that needs same day care. - Dianne Brewer

Waited for an hour, not a walk-in. Hire office staff who can properly manage time. Appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm on Monday, 9/27, for an asthma checkup and first time visit. I didn’t get seen until 3:30.
