I would not recommend this place to anyone. Took a Ford F150 in for hail damage. They had the truck for 3 months . The backup camera was working, but when i got the truck back from them it didn't work. Door panels were not put back on properly. Tail gate was missing things . No one wanted to take responsibility for the fact that the back up camera was no longer working while in there shop. They got paid good money for bad service.

This is supposed to be a location that pairs up with Geico to make the whole process easier. That is not the case at all. My repairs were done back in April 2023. It is now September 2023. The first issue is that Gerber never sent the final bill back to my insurance so I have not received my deductible back on it. I have called and called to try and get this fixed and the final bill has not been sent at all even after I provided them with a direct email to my claims adjuster. The second issue is that the original estimator who did my work is no longer there and missed a whole portion of the accident. I took the vehicle back in to Gerber and since the estimator missed the portion they have to run back everything through insurance. I was told, "Well since that estimator is no longer here it is going to be difficult to get it fixed." It has now been over a month and I have never been contacted back by Gerber to get an appointment put on the books or given an update on whether or not they actually contacted insurance. Overall, the follow through on the issues that the customer has is 0%. I would not recommend this place to anyone as I have had to work the entire process myself between the collision center and my insurance. I have used this particular location before when it was COLLISION WORKS and I had no issues with them at all.Services: Painting

Avoid at all costs. Took them 8 weeks to finish repairs. Car was left outside in a hail storm with a dead battery. Which cracked my windshield and caused significant hail damage to the body. Manager refused to pay for any of it, even with picture proof of the damage after drop off. Do yourself a favor and choose literally any other repair shop.

They were courteous and quick and did a wonderful job fixing our car. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Don't go here broke my window seal and are avoiding fixing or claiming damages. Manager tried fixed but employee denied everything and had attitude. Employee lied about the process they used to fix hail damage, shop manager told truth but my window still broken. Also employee has old man syndrome and dose what he wants.

They did a phenomenal job. It took longer than expected due to parts shortage but they called me often with updates. I never had to call them to know where we were in the process. They even did some things that were above and beyond what was paid for, like replacing some faded pinstripes on both sides of the vehicle. I could not be more pleased ? , my wife said it looks brand new. ?

Update: Awful experience… vehicle took 2 months to get back and it came back with more issues than it went in with… the work done wasn’t done correctly. The technicians cracked my windshield in the process of fixing one issue… stay away if you value your vehicle and sanityServices: Painting

If I could choose no stars I would... my vehicle took 2 months to fix and it came back with more issues than it went in with... finally gave up trying to get them to fix what they messed up... stay away...

Do not take your car or truck here. They are slow and my truck is still not finished. Found some things that needed to be fixed after i got it back and still have not been fixed.
