I am deeply disappointed with this service. I had made an appointment to replace my iPhone case, and it was confirmed. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that no one was available to perform the replacement at that moment. I am perplexed as to why you confirmed the appointment, as it has not only wasted my time but also required me to drive here for 30 minutes.I patiently waited for an additional 10 minutes, hoping for some information, but unfortunately, I received none. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible. Month later nothing was done and I guess I have to file a lawsuit for my money back. No work done and they kept my money.
