Horrible Delivery. I don't know if was due from the delivery service or this is how it was received from Home Depot. But this is unacceptable..My order was completely out of the box and all over my driveway. I don't even know if I got all the pieces.

In 1968, my husband was sent by the United States to serve in a combat zone in Vietnam for a year. Upon his return to the states, he was spit on. We are so pleased that Home Depot honors him and the other veterans by offering designated parking. You can't imagine how healing that is.

My LED lighting went out. I returned it to the store without a receipt and Tom in the lighting department helped me replace it quickly, easily, and painlessly.

After attempting to reach out through 3 separate emails/platforms with zero response - I have concluded that The Home Depot will brush traumatic encounters (which include paying customers) under the rug with no remorse. I won’t be returning and urge others not to. It is clearly unsafe.

I needed a few more things to finish my vegetable beds and so I ran in here. They are always so nice in Home Depot. They cut my wood and were nice about it. Then I found everything else I needed. I noticed that they had good prices on rugs, appliances, etc. I wonder why I've never thought of them for these things? I don't know, but in the future I will come here when I need these things.

This is the worst company that cares nothing about its customers or service they provide. I ordered 4 appliances and when they tried to deliver them, they wrongly determined that there would be plumber assistance needed to ensure the complete delivery. They were able to replace the fridge and take the old one away. However the old gas stove and washer and gas dryer had to stay. This started Oct 26th I finally got everything work out in The second week of November. So I ended up with the old appliances in my kitchen and the new appliances in my living room and dining room. Was told the plumber would be here within 48 hours to get everything worked out at no expense to me.. So I waited. Nothing happened. I called and spoke to a manager Jennifer and she said I could wait another week or pay out of pocket for the service period to get the service that should be covered for free by Home Depot. I waited and then was scheduled an another appointment for installation and haul away. Amazingly enough the same guys showed up. I asked if they had the plumber with them and they were shocked no plumber had showed up. They left and finally almost 2 weeks later the plumbers showed up and weren't going to do the work until I explained if they didn't I wouldn't receive the new appliances. They did the work and then the appliances were installed. At this point I have never heard from HOME DEPOT management concerning anything about the situation and extremely poor customer service. I actually received a bill for the appliances before the appliances were installed. TAKE YOUR CHANCE IT YOU WANT TO. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. The plumbers at least understood the situation and took care of the situation. Sad to say HOME DEPOT could care less about the service they don't provide. I recommend LOWEs. They are not 100% PREFECT, BUT THEY STAND BY THEIR SERVICE AND ARE AT LEAST TO WILLING TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING GOES AS NEEDED, EVEN IF THEY HAVE COME BACK AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS. I kept being told management would contact me to assist with the issues, but never heard from anyone. I've paid for all 4 appliance because I did finally receive them. My problem is that Home Depot doesn't care about their service. Sad, but that's just how they function for online orders. Never asked for a handout, but considerations were well worth their time. Apparently management doesn't care. GO WITH LOWES, THEY AT LEAST CARE AND ARE WILLING TO MAKE THNGS RIGHT AND THEY DO IT QUICKLY. I should have checked the Home Depot ratings closer. Lesson learned.

Just sat on the phone for 20 minutes and got transferred to 3 different people just trying to ask if you guys deliever drywall. Still never got an answer. You guys suck.

DO NOT ORDER anything from this store! They will absolutely screw you on delivery. We ordered a stove from the appliance department, needing it on a certain day we specifically ordered the stove directly from their appliance employee that found the stove within their system that would arrive the quickest and on a specific date. The 18th. The 18th arrives, no stove. The 19th...no stove. The 20th...no stove. The 21st....no stove.

The 18th. The 18th arrives, no stove. The 19th...no stove. The 20th...no stove. The 21st....no stove. On the 22nd I go back in to the store to find out where our stove is. They don't know. They can't find it, they can't track it, they have no idea, but "should know tomorrow" (5 days now after it was supposed to arrive). So I go back in to the store on the 23rd. They still can't find it, but "promise" it will be here the next day - now almost a week later. The 24th....no stove. Finally on the 25th, I get notification that the stove has arrived. I go into the store to load up the stove and guess what? That's right, they don't have it. AND not only do they not have it, they HAD it, but sent it back. Because they CANCELLED it! Yep, they cancelled the order, the order that I had been asking about every day for a week. The order that was guaranteed to be here a week ago and wasn't. The order that I had been waiting a week without a stove for, that they KNEW I was needing to come in asap. Instead of calling me when it came in, they cancelled it and sent it back. All they could say was "sorry, do you want to order another one?" Are you kidding me???????? Why the hell would I order another ANYthing from you as all I've gotten was completely screwed out of what I ordered, and a complete absence of any customer service whatsoever from you. The store manager, Jason, is as useless as it comes in not being aware of how to remedy a situation or being able to provide any recourse whatsoever toward their store fraudulently charging people for items that they guarantee arrival of and then never receive. Avoid shopping here at all costs, do not even consider placing an order with them, and if you are looking for service of any kind, go ANYWHERE else as they are dishonest, rude and completely negligent in their ability or interest in taking care of what they sell you or deceitfully attempt to sell you and then not deliver on what you've paid for. With zero remedy whatsoever. This store is a complete sham with absolutely incompetent employees and inept, incapable management supporting their fraudulent behavior.

I paid for a refrigerator 7/30/2019 to be delivered on 8/31/2019. A week before, my husband gets a phone call from GE (the brand that we bought) saying that they no longer sell this specific refrigerator and to pick out a new one and they were going to push back our delivery date a week. I wasn’t able to receive the refrigerator a week later, I really needed it on 8/31. I chose a different refrigerator and called them back with the one I chose and I was able to keep my delive

Ok, I use to love this store but no more. Just genuinely crappy service. No one acts like they care anymore. When you are looking for a particular item and you ask an employee and they say " Beats me, not my area" and walk off, I guess I can walk off also, straight to Ace and Lowe's.

Our local Home Depot was out of the garden border bricks that we needed. We drove to this one and they had them. They were well stocked on all the things we wanted. it wasn't crazy crowded which was nice. No one came to help us with the bricks is the only reason for the 4 starts. The cashier was very friendly and we were in and out quickly I just wish that someone had at least asked if we needed help with the heavy bricks.
