I'm guessing not many people who have posted such high reviews have dealt w/ Dee @ Reno locatio ! We asked and she skimmed over the line by line on contract. Was asked twice as she read over contract if for some reason it didn't workout due to the pool was going in at new home buld site, My husband and I were told yes twice. Then last wknd when he went in to see about canceling and getting our $1800 back, we'll she said ok np, you just go to come by or call on Monday and speak to our Mgr. Well we did, and got the run around and told he'd pass it up the Mgr chain, and call us the next day. We'll 3 days later NO CALL HAD CAME, so my husband calls again and Dwight said I'm sorry, you will lose your money.
BEWARE OF THEM READING AND GOING OVER EVERY SINGLE LINE OF CONTRACT AND THAT THEY WILL LIE TO MAKE A SALE!!!!

Micheal the maintenance manager came personally to fix a manufactured defect on my hot tub. He did amazing work and and was, and was an awesome guy. Thank you micheal for fixing this issue.

Although the sales team for Galaxy is very good, service after the sale provided attention when needed.
The service manger worked hard to resolve an issue and made the situation better. I felt as if the problem was handle professionally.

I purchased a hot tub in November for December delivery and set-up. Three electricians including who Galaxy referred me to told me the outlet would not work immediately increasing my expenses from the $120 to change the face of the outlet to $1200 increased power supply for a hot tub that should have been as easy as plugging it in. I notified Galaxy that the expense they told me increased 10 fold but they did not want to refund my money for the hot tub. I ended up having to spend the $1200 in order not to lose $7k. They need a lot of coaching and training. On a different note, I love the hot tub. With factual information, this would have been an excellent experience
