So far so good! I recently went to Freeman Collision Center to have a mirror replaced. They helped me to save around $300 by finding a place that had the part which matched the color, having us order it, and bring it there. The service was affordable and extremely quick (around 25 minutes or so.)
I figured that I'd write this review as soon as I got home. So far everything is working well and I've had no problems. I think this is a great place to go to if you want someone that is going to be straightforward and isn't just in it for the money. They were honest, which goes a long way in my book.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The FCC has always done quality work at reasonable prices. They are friendly, helpful and skilled. Get your work done here, and you won't be sorry.

I've had 2 dents removed from 2 vehicles at Freeman Collision Center this summer (2024). Each time, they were fast (1 day max), reasonably priced, and did a great job. The first dent was pretty small (about 1" wide and not very deep) in the drivers side door just below the handle. The 2nd second was bigger and on the back of a Highlander where the metal has bends, so there was a chance that paintless dent repair wasn't going to work, but their guy made it happen and you can't tell that there was ever a dent in the first place. I'm very happy with the work and will go back if/when any of our cars need work.

This is a recommendation of a outstanding service that was provided to me by Todd Freeman's collision that was beyond anything I've ever experienced in terms of attention to detail and fiduciary level a professionalism and expertise not only was everything I asked for fixed better than I expected but it was also at a better price than I expected thank you Jesus. May God bless him and his team all the mechanics with such attention to detail and Kimberly as well for her wonderful patience, insight, perception and experience that combine to put them above the scale of all others this 79-year-old geezer has experienced.

I highly recommend Freeman Collision and their team! My 2017 Toyota Avalon and our Dodge Ram still look like new despite several repairs needed over the years. Freeman's individual care, extra attention to detailing, and outstanding communication is unique to any business. Clear pricing, outstanding back-and-forth calls and emails, and respect in all areas is a Freeman standard. As well, Todd and his team used their years of expertise to help us navigate, for our last repair, with insurance companies, car rentals, etc. Thank You!

What an incredible business. From the day I walked in to get an estimate on my repairs, (I was rear ended), this collision center has provided superior customer service and quality work. I have received nothing but help and kind words. The owner himself submitted my estimate to the insurance company, called me while I was out of town to assure me of his service, stayed late on the evening I wanted to pick up my car, and offered to return my rental. What service! 5 stars! I would recommend Freeman collision to anyone who asks.

This place is incredible! I will use the every time I need any work done. They were able to fix my wife's car, and make it look, and function, just like it did when we bought it brand new. I recommend everyone who needs body work done to their car here. Friendly, professional, and incredible work. By far the best in the city, probably the whole state! A++++!

Freeman Collision Center is absolutely fantastic! My car got sideswiped and they did such a good job with the repairs. Communication was so easy and excellent. They also had cleaned and washed my car before I gotten it back too! My car was as good as new!
