He stole $150 from me. Sold me a broken window unit. Returned within hours. Supposedly issued a refund to my card and never got it.

They lost my baguette earrings that I only had In there for about week. I think this lady that works there stole them. I pawned them for $100 & paid $120 to get them out & never got them. Anyways, they paid me 400 for them after I already paid the 120 to get them out. They were at least a $700-$800 pair of earrings.

They sold us a broken camera, while knowing damn well they sold it broken. The return policy they have does not allow 24 hours to emsure the product works, instead, it was stated that unless you purchase a warranty, you cqn not return the device for a refund.

I have been into Freedom Pawn many times. Michael and his team have always provided outstanding customer service. If I did not live close to the store, I would probably drive halfway across the state to do my FFL transfers here.

This place does not aknowledge any COVID19 procedures and when asked why they are not wearing masks, their answer was "We love America and don't care." If and when you say you do too, this buisness speaks disrespectfully to customers and Veterans and tries to measure you up if you wear a mask and don't support Trump. This business is not some place anyone should support. I do believe thier mentality is detrimental to society and any business. No reql businesses ettique.

During a person time of need after the October ice storm this store sold me a broken chainsaw. When i call up there to tell them that the triger was broken on it. They told well i dont anymore to trade it out with. Now keep in mind i havent got to even use it. Got the same day and found out was broken. I ask them what can i do about. They i dont know. So iask for my money and they straight up said we dont give cash back only store credit. So said you sold me something broken and you atleast guve me my money back and they said no. I was like wow really due a big ice strom where i have no power and three little boys at home all under seven. All im trying to do clean my yard up so i can get power back on since it been off for five days. So this was my feeling about this place. I will never buy from here again. Hey look then they respond almost two months later with saying i was trying rent when pay for it in the middle of the day when working. Which got use it all and called them very next day. But i working dark on my line work. But whatever makes them feel better about themself. Forget you guys. Haha you guys are funny call you in the morning of the next. Hahaha. Great people. Nope not all. I hope you guys get what comes to you guys one day in your life.
