The Forever 21 store at Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City offers a wide selection of trendy clothing and accessories for women, men, and girls. Customers appreciate the store's commitment to providing inclusive styles and allowing self-expression. Since 1984, the brand has aimed to have a positive impact on the environment and its global manufacturing partners. However, the shopping experience has some room for improvement. Many customers report difficulty finding clothes that fit properly, with items running small across the size range. Long lines at the registers are also a common complaint, with only one cashier working at a time. The quality of customer service has been inconsistent. Some staff members, like the patient register attendant, have received praise. But other cashiers have been criticized for being rude, failing to provide basic courtesies like bags and receipts. Customers have also struggled to get help from store management when dealing with order pickup issues. Overall, the Forever 21 store offers the latest fashion trends, but shoppers may encounter frustrations around sizing, staffing, and customer service. With some improvements, the brand could provide a more seamless and enjoyable retail experience for its customers at this location.
It's a cool store. Awesome clothes. Prices are okay. BUT - the sizes! My friend and I could buy only two jackets. All the other clothes we tried on didn't fit. Everything too small. Even the larger sizes we tried. And it's different at other stores because we both have tons of clothes.

The lines at the register are ridiculously long and they only ever have one person working up there. The guy at the register was really nice and patient tho. I asked for a manager and he called 3 times and I had to wait 15 minutes for one to show up.

Unfortunately I was not greeted or helped in anyway. I'm starting to not like the styles there anymore either.
