As an employee of a Mercedes dealership I strongly recommend any individual avoid this dealership that is surely failing. The individuals associated with this dealership are rude, Do not professionally greet you over the phone and they refused to hold the vehicle after making a sales contract which is illegal and wanted 1000$ to hold a vehicle after making a sales agreement. Take yours business elsewhere and let this poor dealership fail :)
